This is a great pillow. It has a pre-formed projection to rest against your spine, rather than a ‘hollow’, like most others. It is not too thick, which makes it great for the car. Some are so thick, you feel pushed into the steering wheel. This one is perfect and so comfortable!! So happy I read reviews and tried it✅

I love that it works and also appreciate the zip-off washable cover that comes in a choice of colors. It's also less costly that some other options. I have a 6-yr-old recliner that isn't that comfortable anymore, and I spend too much time sitting in it. I'd been using couch decorator pillows for added bottom and lumbar support, but in a situation when I was having on-going medium-level lower back pain, I decided to do look for something specifically designed for lumbar support. This pillow does the job! When using it I felt no pain, and I imagine it was instrumental in reducing the pain so I rarely feel it when walking as I used to. I also intend to use it on 1/2-hr plus drives in my car that has a similarly uncomfortable seat, but forgot to take it with me recently. I may have to buy a 2nd one to avoid that problem, but if it works as well in the car, it'll be worth it! This or a similarly shaped pillow showed using it as a side-sleeper, but it wasn't comfortable for me in that application. I did give it only a 4 for comfort only because I do have to tug it up or down every once in awhile while sitting. When it's in the right spot, it's perfectly comfortable.

Great lumbar support but does not stay put after you get up. It’s like the product is “top heavy”.

This memory foam cushion has the right stiffness of foam to support the lumbar region or the midback. A recent back re-injury and a burning mid-back this pillow did the trick. It has the right amount of support that takes away the pain while sitting in a chair. I used it in the car driving. Works great but my only safety concern is that my head was further away from the headrest. I would recommend something different if in need of support driving. I take this pillow with me with going to friends or concerts. It can also double as a between the leg cushion when sleeping.

Its too plush. Instead of providing support and comfort it felt like my entire midsection was raised upwards uncomfortably.

It's memory foam and shape offers support where needed as it molds to your body. Great for places with chairs the offer little or no lumbar support like restaurant, car, doctors office, church or a movie theater. My back is very bad damaged to an auto-immune disease and I have trouble sitting over quarter of an hour comfortably in many chairs offered to me. Some chairs have negative lumbar support, but this rectifies that.

This item is much bigger and thicker than it looks. Far too large to safely use in a car. Construction and quality seem good, but in my opinion, the thickness is too much to be comfortable for most people. For reference, I am 5'4" and 180 pounds.
