Used on several big theatre shows on a European Tour. The signal is strong, no drop out even a 60/70 metres away. Easy to charge and operate and a fraction of the cost of a branded equivalent. Would absolutely recommend these.

Great, inexpensive wireless system. Using in conjunction with an AXE I/O audio interface with no noticeable latency and excellent tone. Easy to set up and good battery life. Using on a number of guitars. Was slightly worried about connection to KH LTD ‘V’ but it fits fine and doesn’t compromise playing position. Excellent service from seller and prompt delivery.

Compared to the first of this type of product I bought, a cheap and cheerful Gear4Music WGV-601, which itself was a joy compared to previous wired misery in my home studio, this is excellent. At Nov 23 this product was twice the price I had paid for the WGV-601, so I suppose it should be better. But, it is. First there are no wires at all, other than for charging, which is terrific, you can easily swap it from one instrument to another and from one amp/mixer input to another. That other product had a cigarette packet sized transmitter to which you ran a short cable from the guitar and then you had to hook the transmitter to your belt or stick it in your pocket. None of that here. At the receiver end it's just as simple, the WGV-601 receiver was mains powered, about the size of a walkman (yes, I'm that old) and is not quick and easy to swap from one place to another, this is. I have been using the Legato for about a two weeks in a home studio environment where it has worked fine, sounds fine, no noticeable lag and no louds squeals or screeches when plugging, unplugging or turning off or on, again unlike the WGV-601. Battery life, in my environment, seems adequate. It's quite large so if your guitar has a socket on the front of the guitar (e.g. Stratocaster style) that may be a problem. Not five stars for two reasons. First ruggedness and build quality. Although I think this will be fine for my home studio use I'm not sure it would survive the rough treatment it may get owned by a gigging musician. Second, the on-off switch is a slider, a bit stiff and black on a black casing. That means when reaching for it, first, where is it, then I'm never sure whether to slide toward or away from me (the print is small too) and you need to turn it off as it doesn't have an auto-off. A contrasting coloured button would have been better, you know a button has to be pushed and that muscle movement is unambiguous. I can't comment on how well it works in an environment with several other musicians using similar equipment. Overall very happy with it.

Work really well for my acoustic guitar if anyone is looking to buy something that works with out the distorted sound that some wireless systems can do for acoustic guitars . Happy with my purchase 😉👍

As a 75yr old guitarist just wondered what they were like to use , and I was pleasantly surprised I’ve got rid of the leads and other cables ,made my life a little easier would recommend Rocking again👍

I use these for my Banjola to a Marshall AS50D amp for home playing. Also use another pair for playing an old Italian Banjo using a BP-1 pickup. Works great. I use two different channels and keep them both plugged into the amp ready to play. Highly recommend good value for money. Clean crisp sound with unnoticeable latency.

Great little wireless device for cheap. Just found out that the receiver has trouble keeping a charge. Good for bedroom players but not reliable enough for live. Luckily for me the drop out happened at the rehearsal and not the show.

These certainly work ok, found the charge and recharge is effecitve enough. I use them in the studio, although they are Bulky and tend to flop about when in use, from that point of view smaller and neater ones would be better. Otherwise good basic system

Sehr, sehr guter Kabelersatz für kleines Geld! Was der Unterschied zwischen einem Wireless System und einem Kabelersatz ist? Komm ich gleich drauf. Erstmal die Fakten... Verpackung: Das Packet in sich ist sehr sparsam, passt theoretisch in die meisten Gigbags. Und auch der Karton ist von der etwas langlebigeren Sorte. Dennoch habe ich den Karton gegen eine Plastikbox ausgetauscht. Geräte Design: Beide "Bugs" sind identisch groß und nur durch den Aufdruck zu unterscheiden. Wer sie nur zuhause und im Proberaum einsetzen will um Stolperfallen zu vermeiden wird keine Probleme haben. Wer sie aber live einsetzen möchte, in Hektik, mit schlechten Lichtverhältnissen und Leute die einen ständig nerven, der sei gut beraten sie extra zu kennzeichnen, den anders als Kabel funktioniert die Kiste nur in eine Richtung. Noch ein Wort zum Design. Ich spiele div. Gitarrenmodelle unter anderem auch Ibanez Sabre und Xiphos wo der Outputjack extrem tief im Body sitzt, selbst da passt der Bug. Ich denke bis auf sehr abgefahrene DIY Designs müsste die Funke mit jedem gängigen Gitarrenmodell funktionieren. ABER: ich mag es nicht wenn so ein Bug am Korpus meiner Gitarre entlang "dengelt", abgesehen davon dass wir hier von recht günstigen Plastik sprechen das schnell durch Stöße und Co kaputt gehen WIRD sieht das einfach scheiße aus. Ich empfehle jedem grundsätzlich ein Breakout Kabel zu löten. Ich hab für meins eine verriegelbare Klinkenbuchse und eine Silent Klinke genommen. Der Bug wohnt während des Gigs in einer Gürteltasche, fast wie ein Beltpack bei den hochwertigen Systemen. Sound: Der Basser und ich haben die identischen Geräte und hatten 0 Probleme auf der Bühne. Kein Signalverlust, keine Aussetzer, kein Übersprechen. Nix! Ich gehöre leider nicht zu der Fraktion die den Unterschied zwischen einer AAA Riegelahorndecke und einer AAAA Wölkchenahorndecke hören kann, aber dafür werde ich nachts auch nicht vom dem Krach wachsenden Grases wach gehalten. Und für mein Ohr hab ich keinen Unterschied zwischen der Funke und meinem Kabel (6 m Sommer Cable 0,70 mm² Innenleiter) hören können. FALLS es einen Unterschied gibt ist er so minimal dass er Live eh keine Rolle mehr spielt. Akku: Nach über 5 Stunden Dauerbetrieb ohne Ladephase musste ich mein Gepäck für den Gig packen und hab die Funken dann wieder voll aufgeladen. Ich glaub die 8 Stunden kann das Ding schon schaffen. Also wenn man nicht gerade einen 3 Stunden Headliner Gig in der Wembley Arena spielt, kann ich mir auf dem Amateurlevel kein Szenario vorstellen wo es mit der Akku Ladung knapp werden könnte. Ich empfehle dennoch die Funke vor dem ersten Gig einmal komplett voll geladen zuhause wieder leer zu spielen und die Zeit fest zu halten. Das schafft Vertrauen ins Equipment und macht einem etwas die Birne frei auf der Bühne wenn man weiß, man spielt 60 min und die Funke am Gürtel schafft das 8fache. Warum ist das jetzt doch nur ein Kabelersatz? Bei einem System kann man mehrere Sender auf einen Empfänger routen. So kann man jedes Instrument mit eigenem Sender versehen und das ganze wird eine (stabile) Einheit. Hier muss man den Sender von Instrument zu Instrument wechseln. Wie bei einem herkömmlichen Kabel eben. Aber hey, ne kabellose Freiheit für nen schmalen Taler. Ich werde meinen Bericht ergänzen wenn ein paar Dutzend Gigs dazu gekommen sein werden, dann kann ich was zur Langlebigkeit sagen und ob es Szenarien mit Ausfällen gab.

Premier essai sur une répète générale de 6h sans recharge (mis sur off pendant les pause) 2 ème essai en concert sur une scène plein air d environ 90m2 et d autres musiciens utilisant des sans fil (Public environ 800 personnes) J ai pu me déplacer sans encombres a une 15aine de mètres de mon pédal board. Résultats aucun problème, ça marche bien, pas de latences, pas d interférences m, pas de bruit chelou, ni de coupures. C est mon premier dispositif sans fil, j ai pas voulu mettre trop cher pour tester un sans fil avant d investir dans un "vrai HF" Bah je ne vais pas investir, je vais garder ce LEKATO il convient parfaitement à mon utilisation. (1 répète par semaine et une 10aines de concerts par ans).

Ottimo prodotto. Lo uso con le chitarre basso e funziona molto bene. La qualità del suono non fa rimpiangere il cavo professionale.
