Great product, just what I needed as had to feed the wire through the wall with no hassle for TV.

A little bit lighter weight than I expected but works perfectly

Laid it through the loft and through the walls as the hub was in the bedroom and our lounge is upstairs 15metre just long enough ,bit of a hassle few holes in the plasterboard but complete success.Waited next day for new Blue ray player to be delivered before hooking up cable and testing.Brilliant no problems streaming media from You Tube straight to HD TV through the player App connection A1 with no interference at all.Forget WiFi if you really want a proper connection from your Hub to TV or Player etc ,these cables are fine for the job and a great price and easy to shove through the loft if needed or walls for that matter.There a lot of confusing data on Cat5e or Cat 6 cables and what to buy but these cables I can recommend do the job and I am very pleased a full day of scrabbling around the loft and plastering up the holes I made for the cable has paid off,always remember to place a bit of masking tape over the end to protect when pushing through behind walls to keep connection clean.Buy the wire its perfect and they work .

I bought this to link an android televison box to my broadband modem (using ethernet as opposed to wifi) as I was advised that such a connection was more stable for streaming programming from the internet. I wanted something slim and unobtrusive and this fits the bill. Ethernet cables you get in modems kits are bright yellow and very thick and nowhere near long enough for my purposes, I have this cable plugged into the back of my android telly box, and running over the mantelpiece, behind everything on it. The slack falls down the far side of the hearth and the other end is plugged into the back of modem. I then went into the settings on my adroid telly box, switched OFF wifi and switched ON ethernet and the connection was made straight away. Leave wifi switched off with this as the conenctions will compete if both are left on. Just measure how much you think you will need before you order, and then order your cable a bit longer than you think you need.

Does exactly what it needs to.

This cable is absolutely perfect. It's just long enough to reach through the master bedroom into mine with about 3 metres to spare, however to install the cable neatly I had to go through the wall and unlike the picture shows the cable I received had rubber bits on the rubber housing at the ends of the cable. This meant that it was slightly too wide to fit through the wall. Another concern I had is the quality of the wire, it kinks up easily and the rubber sleeving on the wire feels a little too fragile.All in all this is a perfectly fine, cheap and good product that does the job at hand well but at times I have felt that it was a bit fragile.

I needed to run a long ethernet cable to a streaming device and this one works perfectly with little to no loss in speed. With 80/20 download/upload speeds at the main router I am getting 75 download with the cable connected to the ethernet port of a mesh node in an upstairs bedroom.
