Better management of product validity would be appreciated
Cannot give realistic star rating as the product arrived with a past "best by" date. Disappointing as I will have to reorder.

Great for hair and nails
I take these along with Physis probiotics and multivitamins. I have seen a definite improvement in the texture of my hair as well as the strength. My hair has also grown at a faster rate than usual. Another thing I have noticed is my nails have become very strong and are growing to a greater length without splitting/breaking! I have tried other brands of biotin but will definitely stick with these! I have not experienced any breakouts whilst taking these however I do drink 2-3 litres of water daily.

Works for me...
Have been taking for 3 months and have definitely seen an improvement in my nails (which were breaking easily), skin and hair. My hair is shinier and my skin clearer. I have also noticed that my energy levels are a bit better which is a real surprise as I have chronic fatigue and really need a boost. I will continue to take Biotin as long as it benefits me. Recommended.

Bottle without seals!
I got this product delivered yesterday. To my disappointment it didn't have any seal outside or inside the bottle. It looks opened, don't know how to trust the product. Did anyone have this issue?

My nails have always been brittle but now seem to be getting stronger with this and growing faster! I have definitely seen the improvement in my skin and my hair too. Keep this thing in mind You are not going to see the difference in one week but yes in couple of weeks you are going to see difference. I will be purchasing more ..
