Size was good my son liked it that was who I bought it for , quick delivery and liked the instructions for altering and accessories that come with it .

I had a cheaper one but this is definitely worth the extra money

Only had it over a week so can't recommend for health advantages , but looks OK.

No titanium here, this is 100% stainless steel which is misleading.Having said that the quality is OK and the finish is pretty good to be fair.Easy enough to adjust but I have “in between” wrists so like watches always too tight or loose for me.
