I developed a thumb tendonitis that made any hand or wrist movement excruciatingly painful. Because I'm a vet tech working emergency (and living in late stage capitalism) taking time off from work wasn't an option. I got this brace originally for sleeping and a smaller one for working but this has now transitioned as my work brace. The support and restriction is phenomenal and really helped with healing while letting me do 90% my job. I take the brace off for detail work (catheter placement and such) but I can do everything else and have a lot of finger dexterity for pretty much everything.It even accomodates exam gloves!

Plastic buckle nearest hand/thumb exposed. Nothing cushioning underneath buckle to keep it from irritating top of hand. End of Velcro Straps may be too thin. It's difficult to find & grasp end/edge of each strap.Side stabilizers good.

I am impressed with the construction, and it stablizes my thumb and wrist well. My only problem is that the thumb section is too long for my hand. It extends beyond my thumb, making it difficult to do anything

I had lower thumb surgery and when the cast came off I needed a sturdy thumb/wrist brace. This fits my need perfectly. A great find for the $$ and highly recommend.

Recently hurt my hand was told by doctor to get a spica splint. I ordered, love the stability, easy to put on and hand feels better in brace.

Great value for the money! I was skeptical because of the price, but it is softer and sturdier than the one I got from the hospital. The carpal tunnel pain diminishes quite a bit with this brace. It was so worth ordering!
