Thrse are much shorter than I expected, around 5 pages per book. They were a complete Waste of money at around 5 inches in size

I love these and so does my granddaughter! Perfect for learning how to read. Pictures are colorful and just the perfect amount of reading, which keeps her interested and engaged!! Thank you and will buy more as needed!!

I bought “C” for my son who turned 6, as I was hoping it would help build confidence in reading. We started homeschooling during the pandemic and I have taught him everything he knows including the phonics. I covered the Alpha-Phonics A Primer for Beginning Readers with a few tears and had him reading books on level 1 reading, which he was reading with help and found them hard, however now I understand those were actually grade 2 books so no wonder he was struggling.I received the set yesterday, and he is reading 3 books per sitting and finds them ‘very easy’. They are only 8 pages long each and he is very happy to finish them so easy and feels accomplished and capable. Very useful to have a set of books just below his level as it’s great encouragement as most other books I have were too hard even though it says level 1 on them. I have ordered the next set, very happy with this graduated reading set. From what I understand “D” is the equivalent for grade 1.The books are small and a bit flimsy, I’ll use them with my other 2 when they are old enough to read but keep them away until reading time as otherwise they wouldn’t last long with boys. The box is an IQ test to figure out. But has a nice little handle.

My son loves these! 25 short stories that keep his attention and fun to read. These are his first books and he is very proud of the ability to read. I can't be happier about my purchase.
