These did what I needed them to do. This review is about the little spatulas that come with them. Without those these would have been a pain to fill. I use them for all kinds of other things like scraping solids out of measuring spoons. They are great for this & you just don't know how much you need tiny spatulas until you have them.

Very useful
I'm very sensitive to anything going in my body, and I find ashwaganda helps when I cannot sleep or have some anxiety. The store pills have way too much powder in them. With these I can empty and repact and the small size is perfect to make sure I don't have lingering effects of taking too much.
