WH01 Painting Handle for Wargame Miniautres with Model Bases (Gray)

This worked fine. Sturdy enough to do the job. Broke it after like a month. My fault. Not the product. Upgraded to a better one, but this one gets the job done.

I like how smoothly the knob turns. Even metal miniatures stick nicely with the provided sticky tack. I wish it would have come with a few more of the textured knobs so that I could do 5 or 6 models at a time. The handle feels a little light and could tip over easily, but I solved this by using leftover (old) paintbrush handles to hold the models that I am not currently working on. (See in background of my photo). If the manufacturer is looking for suggestions for improvement, they could include some properly sized wooden rods with the miniature holder to allow for a similar "hot-swap" setup. I also disassembled the handle and filled it with steel BB's and Play-Doh to give the handle some substantial hefty and prevent it from tipping over easily.

It’s a fine product but really needs to be weighted on the bottom. It’s magnetic but doesn’t always help depending on the surface. It tips over super easy and gets pretty frustrating.

Comes with tacky clay that holds your mini. Easy to move around. This took all the stress out of holding it in my hand. I'm going to pick up more.

It’s a plastic miniature painting handle. It’s very lightweight but sturdy, and comes with 2 ridged platforms, 2 smooth platforms and some variously sized bases. It comes with some ticky tak mounting putty that leaves a slight residue on whatever it’s touched(I use Loctite fun-tak instead). It feels small in my hand but has made quite the difference in my painting. The arm that is attached is great for resting my hand on so I can use just my fingers to move the brush rather than my whole hand. It also arrived QUICK like ordered at 10 pm and was on my doorstep by 9 the next morning. Gonna experiment with some other paint handle products but would probably buy again.

The media could not be loaded. I'm going to start with the exact opposite opinion of one of the negative reviews on here. Yes, this uses a rotary switch and standard knobs for the rotating surface, and it's a brilliant idea.There's just enough resistance when turning to make it easy to rotate with your fingertips, but it doesn't move at all on its own. Being a standard musical component the rotary control has no slop, and it's going to be designed to last for years. This was one of the reasons I selected this painting handle as I think that's going to make it far more reliable.The handle itself is a little light, but I'm willing to forgive that when everything else is so good. Discovering it had a magnetic base was also an unexpected bonus as I use a flat 1mm sheet of steel to protect the top of my workbench. And the eight included bases mean I can set several models up for painting and switch them out easily without smudging the paint.

El soporte realmente cumple con su función, ayuda a estabilizar el pulso dado que te puedes apoyar sobre el, además ayuda a que no quites la pintura con los dedos mientras pintas la miniatura. El soporte de la figuratia gira 360º, lo cual ayuda bastante a la hora aplica la pintura a diferentes zonas, trae dos tipo de soporte para miniatura de otro tamaña, un mango, adeshivo para fijar la miniatura y algunas bases.
