Awesome product compatible with any router that has 9v or 12v... Am using in airtel router....

My experience : - Seems to be working fine with my 9V router - No switching lag observed - Can be easily mount on a wall nail - Installation is a DIY - Build quality is good I haven't tried fully draining out the battery but hope to get a backup of around 3 to 4 hours. Again it depends on the router input current and can vary from router to router. Overall it's a good product.

Such a disappointing product. It stopped working in just 10 months. My Resonate UPS has been running perfectly for more than 5 years. This one is still under warranty, so I wanted to claim it. But after reading the terms, it looks like the process can take more than 15 days, the claim can get rejected, we may have to ship the item ourselves, and pickup of the replacement has to be done from their hub. On top of that, the shipping cost is also on us. Given all this, I would rather buy another UPS from Resonate or some other reliable brand. My advice is to avoid this brand entirely.
