Excessively large
You advertisement states that it is a one size generally fits most these are excessively large hats also though the colors are beautiful they are not made out of straw as advertised they are made out of paper even though there is 22 hats in this bundle the price is too high for that when it is made from paper. Which the tag even verifies as 100% paper. Again the colors are beautiful but the hats are too large and not made from the material as proclaimed
