I bought this to replace a similar, more expensive one that stopped working.This is ideal for anyone who just wants a step counter and nothing else....no additional features to confuse the user.It works perfectly, is very easy to use and to re-set back to zero whenever suits you...I re-set mine daily as that suits meGood value for money and I am very happy with itI recommend this product to anyone who likes simplicity, ease of use and efficiency.

What a waste of money. It overcounts massively. Massively! On a relatively lazy day mooching about the house I did over 35k steps...!!! Irrespective of where it is worn it gives highly innaccurate counts. In a trouser pocket is about the best, but even then it added on about 2000 steps for a 15 minute car journey. The only way to get it to give anything like a sensible reading is to only use it for an actual walk, and then wear it in your pocket. Otherwise forget it. All I've ended up with of any value is the battery which I can use elsewhere.

I couldn't give it no stars , unfortunately . The price is outrageous , the quality is dreadful . It might have been worth a fiver , had it actually worked !

i bought this for my mum. She has had it since her birthday on 24th May, and it is now 2nd June, and the stepper has stopped working. The screen has just gone blank,. It could be the battery, but as it's only been a couple of weeks, this seems unlikely. Waste of money

Having been told to lose weigh for medical reasons, I had already started a diabetic diet and my weight is definitely reducing on a week by week basis.However, diet is not the only tool as exercise is also extremely important, so I’ve supplemented the diet with a 10,000 steps a day walking exercise routine. Walking around my village there are far too many distractions to allow an accurate count of steps taken, hence my purchase of this gem of a device.It’s a discreet little item, measuring approximately 6 x 3.5 x 1cm, and comes with a lanyard so it can be hidden under clothing, or even just carried in one’s pocket. It certainly keeps one up to the mark in taking a measured level of exercise on a daily basis.

I'm glad I waited 2 weeks before I filled in my review, I was quite pleased with it at 1st, though it seemed to count a different number of steps when in my pocket than round my neck, more in my pocket, I had been quite pleased to find a pedometer that just counted steps, then after 2 weeks the battery ran out, it could get to be a quite expensive gadget at that rate.I tried to wrist pedometers, but I couldn't get them to work ! I too am baffled by the 5 star reviews, perhaps they should have waited a few weeks !

Pedometer consistently over counts steps by 20%. Tried hanging round neck and placing in pocket but results the same. This is the 3rd pedometer in this price range that I have purchased recently and they all over count by varying degrees. This is the best of the bunch. Maybe it's the way I walk! Gave 2 stars as it is consistent in it's exaggeration so a calculation can be done to find actual steps.

Arrived before given date. But, beware, I have found that it counts steps when travelling in our motorhome! So not at all accurate- it can't be switched off, only put back to zero- only of any use when I am at home.
