This quite possibly be my new favorite charger for all of my cars. The interface took a little time to get used to (thankfully the instructions helped me along) but besides that, it works great! I originally got this charger as a spare/lender, but I've been finding myself using it as my go to. all in all, I think it was a good investment.

Really great chargers , I say chargers because they are so good that I run two of them. Sometimes the balance port can be finicky but that’s easy to dismiss because it’s such a good charger. And storage is also fast and easy. To be fair I only have Ovonic 2 and 2s batteries.

Great charger so far

literally went up in smoke!!!I've had this charger for a little over 1 year 5 months ish with no problems, charging my 2s, 3s and 6S Batteries I loved it.Then one day a few months back it starts resetting if you touch its screen or up and down buttons, a lil Fonz slap and it worked fine after that so brushed that off.Today it reset with a 3s battery in it when it was set to storage charge and when it started back up boy oh boy did we get some smoke out of it!!!! It wasn't on for more than 5 mins so it wasn't even hot until after it smoked, the fan is loud and worked fine..The screen said something about wrong input voltage or something like that idk, I was in a hurry to unplug the smokey thing!!!It still turns on but the screen flashes bad! So we'll never trust this thing again, didn't try to plug a battery back in.The 3s battery is still fine btw and charged using an older charger, I think I'll just get the new Gens ace 1000 and avoid Ovonic from now on unless they can fix this situation.I know it's 1 1/2 yrs old and out of warranty now, but any electronics you get shouldn't go up in smoke!! Especially if they aren't even that old..This could have turned out really bad, especially if I wasn't around it possibly could have even burned the house down....Not worth it, stay away!

Appears to be a good value, and very intuitive controls for the dual channels. Works well with a variety of celled batteries.

It was a little complicating at first, but once you get the hang of it it’s very useful. I love how fast it charges and gives you percentage of completion.

Good support through Amazon.Here is the Firmware upgrade procedure I put together.The Firmware update direction were incorrect.To check the current firmware version on you X1 charger press and hold the Enter/Settings button.The settings menu will open.Scroll down to the System Info menu and sellect it by pressing the Enter/Settings button.There will be 3 information linesHw-- Hardware versionFw-- Firmware versionSn-- Charger serial numberBefore upgrading check the firmware version on the charger and the firmware version on the software. V1.0.X.1. Open the software upgrade package on your PC2. Plug the USB cable into the charger3. While holding down the CH/BACK button on the charger and apply power4. Release the CH/Back button once you hear beeping5. Plug the other end of the USB cable that is plugged into the charger into you PC6. Select the Green Upgrade button on the firmware upgrade app running on your PC.7. Wait for the upgrade to complete. Than check the firmware version on your charger again.

i got this for some new batteries i have ordered, now those havent arrived but i decided to charge some other batteries that i have to test this one out. it wouldnt charge, there was a balance connection error no matter what, now these batteries are known to work fine and my other charger has zero issues charging them. no damage to anything at all. i actually started a return on this thing, then i realized i could try to use the balance cords from my other charger and all of the sudden this one starts working with those. so same batteries that wouldnt charge at first now are charging with zero issues. if i were to be able to just use the charger without the aid of another brands cords, i would have rated it higher.
