This is a quality blender - very powerful. It has four speeds and I have found the first speed to be more than enough for my needs so far. I like that the canister is heavy duty glass, not plastic. The blades do not detach from the base. I wasn't sure how I would like that at first, but I just add a squirt of dishsoap and some water, turn it on for a minute or so, and voila, it's clean! It is also dishwasher safe. Good buy for the money.

I’ve been really happy with this blender. It’s glass instead of plastic which is nice. It works great and is super easy to use and pretty easy to clean. It can hold a LOT. I usually only use it for protein shakes but I’ve also made smoothies in it for my whole family. It’s a really great value for the price!

I use a blender daily to make a simple smoothie. It does a good job of this, though there are always a couple of small pieces of banana that don't fully incorporate. I always wash the blender out immediately after using it, so cleaning has not been a challenge. However, be aware that the base is not removable so don't expect to be able to easily scrub beneath the blade to remove dried on food. The blender looks nice on the counter and all parts feel substantial and of good quality. I do wish that they hadn't designed it to have a light that stays on when not in use. I don't really like for my appliances to use electricity when I'm not using them, and it's not like I'm going to need to find the blender in a dark room. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.

For 8 months, it worked reasonably well. Then, one day, it simply stopped working. I thought I would be able to replace it or to have it fixed during warranty but to my surprise, there was no info about warranty on the manufacturer's site where Amazon page was directing me. Lesson learned: check all the negative ratings and the warranty info before buying.

I had an zoster blender I used for years which finally died. Since I blend breakfast shakes with fresh fruit & ice every morning, I began looking for a replacement. I went through 3 Black & Decker blenders (B&D sent me 2 new ones after the first one died) - so did numbers 2 & 3. I ordered a Hamilton Beach on Amazon, highly recommended. It worked fine the first time. The second time, I no sooner lifted the jar out of the base when the metal unit detached & sticky liquid cascaded all over the counters & the kitchen floor. Went back to Amazon & ordered the Anther blender (a brand I had never heard of) & am thrilled. This blender is as solid as a rock. The 6 layer blades are stainless steel from German technology & cannot be detached from the heavy glass jar. You just pull the jar straight out of the base, nothing leaks, the cover fits tightly & it’s easy to clean. Since I only use it for shakes & smoothies, the pulse & 4 settings are perfect for me. Yes, its use is limited but a Cuisinart food processor takes care of the rest. If I could rate it as 5 plus, I would.

Was skeptical about this blender cause the one’s I’d gotten in the past didn’t do the job. But this one’s perfect‼️. It’s cost effective, it’s does the Kobe perfectly, it’s very easy to clean and I love how it looks, especially the blue lights on the knob. I’d recommend this to anyone looking to get a blender.

I bought this blender as a gift and I finally received feedback. I chose this blender because it appeared to be of quality for the price. One of the main selling points for choosing this one was because the blending jar was made of glass. The feedback I received was they love it. Stated that it was very easy to use and easy to clean. The first use was making a frozen daiquiri and it didn't disappoint. I was told it blended the ice like a champ for a perfect drink and they were happy with the gift. So I'm happy since they are pleased. Thank you.

Blender worked very well, until it died after less than 10 months of use.

I have been wanting to buy a blender for months now after my last one died. What has prevented me from buying one until now is the crazy price of most recent blenders in stores nowadays.After I was gifted a card for Amazon, I decided to have a look, and found this blender. I took a chance and bought it and I’m so happy I did!!This blender not only looks really good (I got the stainless steel version) it looks sleek and best of all super super powerful!! Like I mean last thing is a beast!! And super easy to operate. A child can do it. My 15-year-old son had the honour of trying it out for the first time making a smoothie and he was blown away at how powerful the blender is and how quickly his smoothie was ready!Highly recommend!! I will update in a few months to add how it’s performing but so far so good!! a very powerful blender that looks great for a great price. What else can you ask for?

Für den Preis sehr gut. Vor allem der Glaskrug ist gut zu reinigen. Mixer ist durch mixen von viel zu dicker Flüssigkeit einmal überhitzt und ich dachte er wäre kaputt. Hat auch ein wenig gerochen. Habe den Verkäufer kontaktiert und ein kostenloses Austauschgerät erhalten. Es stellte sich heraus, das der Mixer nicht kaputt war und jetzt seit Monaten immernoch einwandfrei funktioniert.
