Punch way above what it should for the price paid
I am blown away by the quality of that knife for a mere £6 or £7 quid I paid for it with a special deal! It stays sharp a long time and reshape easily. I used to own a couple of Victorinox kitchen knives and the quality is on par with Victorinox imo. The size is Goldilocks to me and if use appropriately it should last a fair few years without sweating it. 9/10 👌🏻

Good cheap knife
I bought this to use in a pro kitchen, perfect for this as I don't have to worry about it being lost stolen or broken. Holds an edge and easy to sharpen, very similar to a victorinox steel but much cheaper.

Dangerously good
The Starrett Professional Stainless Steel Chef's Kitchen Knife is like the ninja of knives—so sharp that I unintentionally turned into a member of the "Cut-Yourself-Twice-Before-Learning-to-Be-Careful" club. Seriously, it's like it has its own set of rules, and I had to learn to navigate them the hard way. At first, I was treating it like any other knife, but oh no, this one has a personality. A personality that says, "I can cut through stuff you didn't even know could be cut." It's so sharp; I think it could probably slice through a judgmental look. So, yes, I've got a few battle scars (two to be precise) from my encounters with this culinary samurai. But once you and the Starrett knife have an understanding—like a truce in a wild west movie—it becomes your kitchen sidekick. Just be prepared for a few comedic mishaps before you and this blade become the dynamic duo of your kitchen adventures!

A very useful medium size kitchen knife
I have a few of these knives they’re really useful. They’re not too heavy. They sharpen well wash brilliantly and if you have them in different different colour handles you know that you have different Knives for different types of food, That also very good value for money and And I recommend

Seems to be good quality for price
Knife seems to be good quality, good solid handle/blade joint, remains to be seen if it retains its sharpness, time will tell.

Nice knife, handle is textured which helps with grip, would buy again…
