My favourite sketchbooks for the money
Really nice sketchbooks, super smooth paper, dot grid is great if you draw a lot with shapes etc - I'm a graphic designer and find the dot grids super helpful. The amount of pages is reasonable for the money also, and the sketchbooks are still nice and thin so you can easily throw them in a bag without noticing a difference. The paper is super smooth and fairly thick, feels great to draw on if you use smooth inky pens in particular! I haven't had any issues with them arriving scuffed/dented/dinged as other reviews have mentioned however I tend to order them alongside other items so they usually arrive packaged in a box. Great for the money - I've bought absolutely loads of these and will continue to do so for as long as they keep selling them.

Very small, but good quality
Dinky stapled notebooks for small use cases. The quality is undeniable but too few pages to be truly useful. Decent value, I suppose, but at the same time, you aren't really getting a lot of paper for your money. The paper quality is very good and has a glossy feel. Check the dimensions before buying to avoid disappointment. They are much smaller than a Field Notes book, for example.

My new favourite paper
For my Hondian M2, which can dump rather a lot of ink, it tames the writing and makes writing a little less broad and wet. So smooth, I can use this pen on an A5 notebook whereas I couldn’t with the Lochby brand of notebook. This is my first try with a Rhodia notebook and I am delighted. I shall buy a whole batch of them. Now indispensable.

Smooth paper. Cover a little marked which is ashame. Fountain pen ready good price.

Good value for money
These cost 2.99 or more "each" in Rymans. This deal works out at just over a £1 per notebook. 48 pages 96 sides. Really good quality Clairefontaine paper that takes even the wettest fountain pen ink. No feathering no bleed. Excellent for my needs.

Excelente opción para, escribir con pluma fuente, la tinta no se escurre y se ve más limpio con el diseño de papel en puntos a diferencia de líneas o cuadricula.

Erg fijne schriften voor het maken van aantekeningen of een bullet journal. Tevens is er geen bleeding van inkt als met een vulpen geschreven wordt.
