JBL Flip 5 has no 3.5 input, so that is dissapointing, they really went backwards with that move, its not very loud either, I feel like it's a step back from the 4 also it comes with a useless hardshell case, the JBL Flip is supposed to be shockproof right? and has a string on it? what is the purpose of this "case" its a throwaway item, get the flip without it. It doesn't match and is useless, the JBL actually comes with a styrofoam shell in the box that is literally lighter and better than the case that is sold with this for protecting it. Just hang onto the box. its a speaker, its USB, it's bluetooth (only) which actually sucks for me, and it makes nosie, its a JBL its meant to be annoying and it does just that. 4 stars

Bought for my 8year old son b-day he loves it and it pretty load for a smaller speaker 100% recommend to get so worth the money

This speaker has provided music for our backyard get-togethers many a summer night. It’s crazy how something that small came provide such sound clarity, but it does! I’m ordering another for my son for Christmas. He’s borrowed mine on several occasions so I know he likes it as much as I do.

Love the speaker ! Have four of them -didn’t need this one with the case -the case was not necessary for me -you have to have it out of the case to hear it anyway and with the weather and water resistance I just didn’t find the case a necessity -but everyone should own this great speaker
