Beat chair I ever had.
I have been using a wheelchair for over30 years. This saves space and my daughters can handle it. The construction is first rate. The materials are as well. I'm 6' 2" 230lbs . I have a pretty steep ram and there is no problem. It goes off road, ground conditions do make a difference. It does not like really damp ground. Other than that I didn't run into any other problems. The folding feature is totally awesome. If you have the funds I would not hesitant to buy it. If this chair was available in my day I would have had one years ago.

Horrible company, horrible product. DO NOT PURCHASE!
The product has proven to be defective and unusable, and my attempts to resolve the issue directly with the seller, Alton Mobility, have been unsuccessful. I received the wheelchair less than five months ago, and after only two months of use, the right front caster wheel completely detached from the frame, making the chair entirely unusable. Since then, I have sent multiple emails to Alton Mobility requesting a replacement part and provided clear photos to identify the correct wheel. Despite these efforts, they sent an incorrect rear wheel instead of the required front right caster wheel. This situation has left me without the mobility support I rely on daily, and with no working resolution in sight, I am left with no choice but to request a full refund for the purchase. This product did not meet the standards of quality and reliability expected from an Amazon-approved vendor. I ask that Amazon intervene and process a refund promptly, as this issue affects my independence and daily functioning.

I need a new remote for my electric wheelchair. The one come with the chair does not work.
The remote that came with my wheelchair electric wheelchair does not work. I’ve tried three different sets of batteries brand new. It will not come out. Is it possible to get them to send me a new remote? I figured out my remote. I do not need a new one. You just have to hold it on button on longer than I figured but there is one thing the cushion in my chair is really thin. The one I ordered look three times thicker I need the thickest cushion for my seat you have even if I have to pay for it.

Dad is happy!
My dad absolutely loves this!!! He is 82 and said it was easy for him to assemble and it is sturdy. Likes this more than his old one!!! He is not an easy person to please, if that helps.

Ok as a portable short use chair
Good portable wheelchair but not for everyday all day use. As a paraplegic who tore a bicep and needed a temporary electric chair that could be transported this seemed great, however it lacks power on carpet to turn easily or go over even 1/2” transitions without effort. The chair handles inclined ramps and although it has electromagnetic brakes, it will not stop safely on speed. The front tires are VERY soft and when you set for any time they will have a flat spot. They also make a sticky sound and are loud, I replaced them with a harder rubber tire and it is quieter and more maneuverable. The extra remote is a gimmick since the chair times out so if say you want to transfer to a chair or bed and move the chair with the remote you can not recall it as the main controller will shut off. If you sit in this chair for any time you’ll want a better cushion, the one shipped is thin and crushes over time.

Sometimes it’s WHO you buy from
I have two of these wheelchairs. Got one for my 95 year old father . It worked so well I got myself one. They both operate fantastically. BUT my Dad isn’t to good at not crashing his into the wall. He damaged the arm rest. I called texted and emailed “Culver Mobility “.. no answer after weeks. I realized I purchased one from “ Alto Electronics “ I contacted them…. They sent me a new part with just a few questions. I really am thankful for how good the service is. Direct from “ Culver" I got no help. But these are premium wheel chairs. I would highly recommend them.

A Great Price for a Great Product
I got this for my wife. I needed it to be lightweight and foldable. This chair is both. I'm able to fold it and put it in the trunk of my Corolla. My wife gets around much easier and she love it, so I love it too!

Buyer beware!
I would caution anyone from buying from this company. I ordered an Alton Wolf power chair from this company on January 6th this year for my brother who is paralyzed on his right side. At first if worked great and he was as happy as I had seen him in two years. He had his independence back. He is in a nursing home and couldn’t navigate as he had to go backwards with his left foot in a regular wheelchair. His front wheel broke in about April. I called and they said they would replace it but they never did. A new wheel axel and bearings was about $28 so I replaced it so he could get back to his routine. Then in October the chair failed to recharge. I again called customer support and they said they would fix the problem. After 3-4 weeks of not hearing from them. I called a local service provider to check out the chair at a cost of $175. Their testing stated the charger was performing fine but the battery would not accept a charge. I forwarded this info to Alton Mobility and I received an email stating they would replace the battery. Now it’s December 30 and I have had no communication from the company and they fail to respond to voice mail. My brother depended on his chair every day and they can’t respond at all for nearly three months. If you love your loved one don’t order anything from this company. I have the emails from this company saying they would make it right if anyone wants them. Buyer beware on this one!

Arm length cannot be adjustable. Doesn’t go very fast on high speed. Unexpected accessories ie: phone holder and cup holder are cheaply constructed. Cup holder attached to the back of the arm rest impossible to reach. The Phone holder doesn’t screw on tightly and Swivels outwards making it unsafe to go through doorways. The remote does not fold the chair. Still have not figured out how to fold it. The chair does Not respond quickly to the controller making it Hard to direct. The manual has been reprinted several times making it impossible To read.

All that I can say is that some things look good on paper but don’t end up that way

The wheelchair is an excellent product and of good quality. However, it is too large to be used in the hallways of my home to access bedrooms and bathrooms. I wish to return it and get a smaller wheelchair, but have been quoted up to $1000 to return the product which is excessive and unaffordable.
