Really poor value for money
Really poor value for money. The right bud keeps dropping out, roughly every minute for a second, really annoying. At this price it should be a premium product.I am using a Samsung S7. Although the volume on the buds is o.k., there is no spare volume increase even when using the app.Even worse, the support team never get back to you to help or offer an exchange. Poor product, poor service, high price

Utter nonsance
Nobody should buy these. There a waste of money even if they said I can have them for 20 pounds I would happily decline. Take it like this, if a company can't test the quality to make sure there product works then they don't deserve to be one

Garbage waste of money
If you're considering buying these in 2020 I wouldn't bother. They are pretty garbage in comparison to £10 ones available. Constant sound drop outs and the battery life is just awful. I've had them a week and I get less than 1 hours listening. I've had cheap clones that far outweighed sound, battery and usability.

Works best with iPhone
I've had these since the Kickstarter campaign, still use them over 2 years later and am generally very happy with them. I've never had a pairing issue, never had any quality issues with pieces falling apart etc. and I haven't even needed to change the earfoams that often as they can be cleaned with a baby wipe and just be careful not to tear them. What I will say is that the performance is dependent on your phone/device. My OnePlus 3 has terrible Bluetooth in general and these are unusable with it. But many other Bluetooth devices are too. Many Android phones have poor Bluetooth performance unfortunately. With an iPhone, I'd say they're 98% perfect. I might get a millisecond dropout every few days and that's likely to be in areas with a lot of wireless traffic. The sound, to me, is really decent, especially for what they are. Following the KS campaign, I was directed to other more high end audio equipment by some of the other backers, but these never leave me disappointed, even compared to £500 wired studio headphones. They're lightweight, convenient, pair up easily each time, comfortable, have good sound quality, quite nicely detailed, ok in the bass department but admittedly not that heavy. And if you do get a pair with bad dropouts, Earin will troubleshoot with you and replace if they think they sound faulty. Nobody has to live with defective products.

Crap
Absolutely terrible. Could only get one ear bud to work. 2 hours of trying, a lot of you tube videos, no joy. Waste of money.

I expected a lot better for the price
Kept dropping out of range whilst on a sports strap on my arm. I expected a lot better for the price.

Useless
What a waste of money. I managed to connect them once. Now app indicates an active connection but not a sound through the headphones. Music continues to play on my device. Now won’t even connect to my device over Bluetooth. Total waste of time and money.
