I bought the HEALTHYMODELLIFE PINC Active Silk Aerial Yoga Swing & Hammock Kit for my daughter after she watched a bunch of YouTube videos of girls doing silks. She was so excited to try it, and I’m happy to say it hasn’t disappointed! The kit comes with everything needed to get started, including sturdy silks and a reliable set of mounting hardware.It was easy to set up, and the silks feel durable and comfortable. My daughter loves how soft they are, but they also provide the support she needs for different poses and tricks. She’s been practicing almost every day since we set it up, and she enjoys the challenge of learning new moves.It is setup outside and we live in a very humid climate, so they can start to mildew if not washed regularly. We wash it maybe every other week.Overall, I’m really happy with the purchase. It’s a great way for my daughter to stay active, have fun, and build strength, and I highly recommend it for anyone interested in giving aerial yoga a try!

I purchased this for my 8 year old's room, to facilitate sensory integration and give him his own regulating space back after two years of sharing a small space with his grandmother and I. He is happy as a clam. He swings, flips, and cocoons away and I have a much more emotionally regulated human in my midst. I'm working on making my space a similar environment, so we can be happy humans simultaneously.

UPDATE: After I contacted the seller they emailed me with links to all of the support information- including a link to a the free aerial yoga class. In one of the videos it is made clear that it is pre-tied as much as it can be so that you can adjust it yourself which is very cool! (and unlike the swings I have worked with where they are tied and sort of set when you hang them). This was great and I really appreciate the links being sent so quickly! Again the swing is very well made and (with the videos) very easy to set up. I knocked off one star because it really would have saved me a lot of hassle if all of these links had been sent along with the product and I hadn't had to contact amazon and the seller directly to figure everything out. A great product- I would just recommend that the seller try and include this information with the swing so it comes with the swing and that any buyer make sure they contact the seller for these links.have contacted the seller and will update if I hear back- this silk came untied and without setup instructions or aerial class as stated on their page. I am disappointed that it is not as "easy to set up" as this page/seller leads you to believe- I have some experience with aerial yoga but would not recommend this to any who are inexperienced- as it is I will have to have a more experienced friend come over and tie the knots. It seems good quality but I cannot give more than a one star review for an item that doesn't come as promised.

I am enjoying practicing aerial yoga at home. I have used the hammock for a good while and it has not run or started to wear. It is also great for just relaxing after a long day.

Hours and hours of entertainment! We hung this in our kids room, ages 2, 5 & 8 - they are obsessed! 8yr old has self taught herself so many tricks & we use it as a swing nonstop! Perfect for indoor play & exercise! You do have to purchase hooks separately which we did on Amazon!
