Great quality and works well on a 2020 Subaru Forester, connecting a trickle charger to the battery through the front grill. No need now to open the hood to connect an externally mounted trickle charger.

If you need this, then you probably don’t need a description of it. You just need to know that it’s ok, and it is in fact ok. It actually is what it claims to be and it does what it’s supposed to do and that’s the best sales pitch I can think of for such a simple item. Lives up to expectations and is a good value.

Overall good quality, however, one of the loop ends pulled right off and I needed to redo it with a new one. Otherwise, worked as expected.

Very surprised at the quality of this SAE cable. Heavy gauge wire and very well made. Will be using as an accessory plug on my BMW R1200GSA direct from the battery, bypassing the canbus so using tire inflator or heated gear won’t be an issue.

This was an upgrade for a much thinner fused SAE cable. This is nice and thick and doesn’t get too hot. I wired it directly to my battery (which happens to be in the trunk of my car) and used it to power an Ecoflow River on a road trip. The Ecoflow was powering a 12v fridge and it kept my Ecoflow charged up without any issues. I cannot stress enough, this did not get too hot, just warm. I had a much thinner SAE cable previously on there and it worked fine for using a trickle charger on my 12v car battery, but anything beyond the trickle charge made the wiring heat up way too much for my comfort. This continuously put out 90-100 watts for 8+ hours at a time and I never had any issues. When I stopped, I’d unplug the SAE cable so I didn’t drain my car battery. It came with a 10 amp fuse installed, I replaced it with a 15 amp fuse to allow the maximum 12V/100 watt input into the Ecoflow without blowing any fuses. Again, it will get warm but the thicker gauge wire handled it just fine for my application.

The leads are meaty, I think the add states 12 G, which for us Metrics is 2.5 sq MM. They are multi stranded and are flexible enough to tuck in tight spots, the standard ATC fuse holder is weather proof and comes with a 15 Amp fuse standard. The 2 Ft length is just right for a battery tender connection on my Honda Rebel.
