Posca PC-3M Marker Pen - Black

I am a member of, one of the many, FB groups for those of us who love adult colouring books. Everyone who has Posca pens raves about them especially for backgrounds. I have a tendency to use a lot of black in my backgrounds as it makes the other colours pop but colouring pencils, ordinary markers and gel pens do not give a decent coverage without smearing or leaving lots of white showing through. Posca pens are the exception. They go on smoothly and although they're nice and wet they don't bleed through - at least in all my Johanna Basford's, Milli Marotta's and the gorgeous books that come from SE Asia (eg Daria Song). No white shows, no streaks - perfect coverage. I don't think this bullet tip is particularly fine but with care, I can get it into all fine details that I need to. I intend to buy sets of these pens now as I'm so impressed with the few that I already have. I'm now one of those who rave about them on FB groups!

What can I say? Great pens always reliable easy to use and last a long time.

Multipurpose, good quality and reliable

Works a treat for labelling glass jars - the lines are lovely and clear. Apparently you can bake the drawn-on glass in the oven to set the ink, otherwise it can be washed off with warm soapy water, but so far the text has stayed in place with everyday handling and I like that I could change the writing easily when required. Would definitely buy again.

My pen arrived late but I did receive a refund so i can’t complain. Works just like a Posca pen from an art shop and has worked on every surface it’s been used on so far. Definitely a good size for beginners to test them with.

We used this posca pen along with two other sizes to decorate our nursery. This was probably the favourite of the three! You have to shake it vigorously to start with to get the ink flowing and we often had to reshake during use to maintain the black colour that we needed for outlines and when stencilling quotes on the wall. Well worth the money, have already recommended to friends.

I purchased two black pens and they came promptly even during border closures due to COVID19. The pens are good quality and affordable compared to many other sellers :)

I needed it for a small project and it worked well and project looked great when I had finished thanks to the tip staying sharp.

Excellents marqueurs ! Les couleurs sont vives, intenses et très couvrantes. L’encre glisse parfaitement sur différents supports : papier, carton, bois, verre ou métal. Ich habe den Stift verwendet, um mein Longboard anzumalen. Der Stift hält super, sogar ohne Überlack! Würde ich jederzeit wieder kaufen.
