I am a little addicted to this game! As someone who is very tactile, this game is pleasing to all the senses. It is easy enough to learn quickly, but requires strategy. It doesn't take too long to play, for those of us who don't want to commit to a game for hours. But also, you may enjoy it so much that you play multiple rounds and end up playing for hours anyway. I take this to the nursing home and play with my best friend. Everyone is always intrigued with what we are playing. It's beautiful, sturdy, and fun! Highly recommend! The only problem is my perfectionism needs the little square tiles to face the right direction and fit squarely in their place on the board (but that's a personal problem, haha!)

This is a wonderful new game to play with family and friends. Directions were easy to follow and once you got the hang of it, your strategizing skills are put to good use. This is a game we will play for a long time.

We already have the original Azul so we knew what we were getting into. This game seemed easier. Good for kids who understand color matching, counting, and making sets.

I picked up Azul Master Chocolatier Board Game and it has quickly become a favorite in our house! If you already enjoy the original Azul, this version adds a really fun twist with the chocolate-themed pieces and artwork—it’s honestly just as satisfying to look at as it is to play. The quality is excellent. The tiles feel sturdy and well-made, and the design is colorful and unique without being overwhelming. I especially love the “chocolate” aesthetic—it makes the whole game feel a little more playful and special, which is great for family game nights or when you want something visually different on the table. Gameplay-wise, it’s very similar to classic Azul, so it’s easy to learn if you’ve played before, but still engaging enough to keep things competitive. It strikes a great balance between strategy and relaxation, making it perfect for both casual players and those who like to think a few moves ahead. One thing to note is that if you already own the original, this isn’t a completely different game mechanically—it’s more of a themed variation. But in my opinion, it’s absolutely worth it for the updated look and feel. Overall, this is a beautifully designed, fun, and easy-to-learn board game that I’d definitely recommend for game nights or as a gift—especially for anyone who loves Azul or unique tabletop games!

My first Azul game I played was Summer Pavilion, and I have collected all of the versions of the game since then. This was the only edition I didn't have, but thanks to Black Friday sales, I finally have it! This is an absolute beautiful edition and I honestly like it far more than the tile edition of the game. The game play is the same as the tile edition, it's just this one is chocolatey! Learning Azul is a lot to take in for someone who has never played, but it's rather easy to catch on once the game starts and everyone can see how it's actually played. Overall, I would 10/10 recommend this game, or any of the other Azul games, for any board game lover!

Haven’t played the original, but this themed variant is amazing. The tile quality is similar to a domino, and the board is sturdy and well designed. Gameplay mechanics allow this game to be deep but played quickly (half a hour), which works out well if you have trouble carving out time. Great fun, highly recommend.

The game was received from seller Kay Kay Enterprises. The paper packaging itself was concerning as it couldn't have protected the game from dents and scratches. When I opened the paper packaging I was surprised to see some random magnetic tiles game included in the packaging. Its presence would make sense in a couple of minutes. The game box was without shrink wrap and slightly sticky to touch. That set off the alarm bells. Upon opening the game box, I realised that someone - either the seller or a previous buyer - had taken out components. So there was no rulebook, only 2 out of the 4 player boards, and dozens of missing game pieces. Absolutely unusable and very disappointing. I've placed a return order.

Es un juego sencillo de aprender pero que tiene cierta estrategia para competir con tus compañeros de juego. Los materiales son de excelente calidad y estéticamente es muy bonito en mesa, dan ganas de comerse los "chocolates". Las losetas volteables le dan un plus que le da variación al primer azul.
