I keep purchasing this product
My experience with this product has been great. I have been dealing with a leak where the concrete vault of my Bilco entryway to my basement butts up against my poured concrete basement wall. While this sealer, has exceptional expansion and contraction properties to accommodate temperature fluctuation, it firmly adheres to the concrete surfaces and requires an extensive effort to remove it once it cures in place. I just purchase a 12 tube case for other work around the house.

Perfect for the seams in concrete
I needed to fill 1" gaps at the seams of the concrete around my pool. I first installed the backer rod, then used this non sag product at the end of each seam to keep the self leveling product from leaking out. Very pleased with the results.

Sticky and flexible!
It is slow curing, requires some sand or cornstarch sprinkled over the caulk. Bot once it is in the crack, it's not coming out. Gray color blends well with concrete
