Brilliant product very lovely looks fabulous. Like it very much. Only down fall was it never came with anything of the items needs to hang it to the wall... screws etc where all missing.

Looks good in our new porch and keeps our coats tidy

Coat pegs were cast iron and one broke off during installation. Contacted seller to offer to purchase a replacement (as it was my fault) but received no response. Will have to buy a full price replacement but not from this site

I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS. I WONDER HOWEVER IF THE WHITE PAINT MAY COME OFF THE HOOKS AFTER A WHILE. LOOKS STYLISH.

Arrived broken! Almost certainly the delivery firm's fault, as one of the hooks was snapped. So why not a lower rating?The order arrived with two days. I reported the problem, and the after care was excellent, second to none. I felt like a valued customer, so odd these days when companies tell you that you area valued customer, then treat you like a number. I was given a choice of my money back, a complete replacement, or a replacement hook. The replacement hook arrived within two days, and so the board was fitted within the week of my first order. I was even offered further help, if needed, in a supportive way. I say order with confidence, this company really cares. By the way the product looks really good!My only reason for not giving 5 stars, was that there were only two fitting screws and two rawplugs, but three holes. Is this someone's cost cutting exercise? I used my own screws anyway.

Good value for money

I bought this as a cheap replacement for hooks drilled in a wall for the flat I moved into and have been pretty impressed with it since it arrived.It looks far more expensive than it actually was, the wood is quite thick with pre-drilled holes so it's easy to actually put up. The hooks are solid metal and the whole item has a suitibly old look to it, the amazon pictures are actually pretty accurate.The one negative I would say is the screws supplied with the item are a little thin and too short I feel to really keep it sturdy on the wall, but these are easily replaced for better alternatives cheaply.All in all this is a pretty good item, I recommend it.+ Great price for what you get.+ Love the old fashioned design.+ Easy to put up.- Supplied screws could be better.

Product came in with scratches in three places, two screws and plugs whne there are three holes to screw in...The metal hooks also have scratches and some are abrasive.Not even worth sending back as we had guests and we needed to use it.
