Picture quality I use this conference camera system with a 4K TV. Once I zoom in a little more the picture quality deteriorates noticeably. A number of cheaper 4K webcam or 1080P PTZ webcam I've tried can beat this easily in terms of picture quality. Installation The installation is a lot more painful and difficult than a webcam. If you use a TV mount, it is impossible to get the height right at first attempt so be prepared to spend hours to find the perfect height for installation. A wall mount is definite not recommended for the same reason. It is also much harder to install and remove than the TV mount so I put it away right after I received it. East of use I had been long impressed with the appliance mode of this camera system before I made the purchase. Unfortunately it is awfully difficult to use. I had trouble pairing it with Zoom Room and other people have the same issue while there is no quick solution. You will have to connect a mouse and a keyboard physically to the camera via USB so you can click on the sign in button to pair with Zoom Room because the verification code never works. If you pair it with Microsoft Teams be prepared it only works with an organization account and does not let you switch to other service providers unless you reset the device. I also found some known issues with Teams on Rally Bar/Rally Bar mini such as it automatically disconnects from a meeting while there is currently no fix yet. Customer service A bolt on the back cover of the device broke during installation. I contacted Logitech customer service three times but only heard from them once. They suggested me reach out to the reseller for a replacement bolt. However, the reseller does not have replacement parts and have to contact Logitech as well. I made a complaint while Logitech customer service only responded they will forward my comments to other department without helping further. I also left my information on the web chat but I only received the chat transcript with the bot. I ended up order another back cover for $75 and $8 for expedited shipping. However, there is no order confirmation email and it is actually quite common if you do a quick Google search. Based on my experience, this should be worth no more than $200. Update: Logitech cancelled my orders for the back cover spare part repeatedly and did not provide a replacement bolt so my new rally mini now only has one bolt on its back cover. I was finally able to purchase a replacement back cover that is said to come with two thumb screws according to Logitech directly from them. Unfortunately, I found no screws in the package when it arrived so I had to return it. I cannot believe how much time I have wasted on this garbage. I should have never bought it. The company should be investigated for their highly questionable business practices.

Works great, doesn’t require a mini pc. Paired it with a Tap IP
