I was looking for a liquid vitamin supplement to take as many tablet forms have bulking agents and are quite big. This supplement has an array of vitamins plus amino acids and other goodness. It tastes great, almost a little fiery like ginger, but very nice. It’s easy to take and I look forward to drinking every morning. I’ve been taking it for almost a week now and I feel much more energised when I wake up (I work 12 hour shifts) so energy is very much needed! Also you can take on an empty stomach and it won’t irritate you, this is a problem with some supplements. All in all I am very satisfied and I will be purchasing again.

I have not been using this vitamin for very long only about a week and i already feel more energetic, it’s also very easy to swallow with no after taste, very pleased with this.

I think this liquid multivitamin is rather good .....Over the last few months I’ve been taking a few vitamin supplements, Vit B and C and also zinc and magnesium. I was about to search for Lutein to add to the array of bottles on my shelf when I fell upon this Liquid Multivitamin. I realise that I have had enough of all the bottles and pills and never being quite sure if there is something missing from the mix. I find it tedious assembling tablets and remembering to take them morning and night so that just necking back 15ml of this is a doddle. I like another reviewer’s suggestion of diluting with sparkling water!On a more serious note, I am very interested in many of the other vitamins and super greens in this product and I know they are really good valuable additions to my diet. Green tea, broccoli powder, spirulina, alfalfa, red beet powder and many of the amino boosters. I have tried super greens powder as a supplement on its own and it is quite hard to find a pleasant way of taking it .....There is so much to read out there about diet and why many of our foods nowadays lack the vital things our bodies need that I am now more accepting of the need for supplements from time to time. Keep eating good veg though too .....Supplements have to be taken alongside exercise, we all know that but sometimes it is good to make a start by exploring the gaps in our diets and seeing what might give us a boost. Hopefully then it encourages us to get out there and run around a bit too. Or even walk or cycle.It’ll probably be a couple of months more before I feel the full effect but it feels good to be using this multivitamin right now.And ..... I was reassured to notice that it is Made In Sweden!

I just wanted to warn you that this vitamin contains two chemical ingredients in the form ofpreservatives /POTASSIUM SORBATE-E 202 and SODIUM BENZOATE-E 211/ and sweetener E 960.I personally will not buy again!. I don't buy vitamins to fill myself chemicals.

I'm giving this product an average rating as I'm sure the vitamins packed into the liquid are 100%. BUT. It's the worst tasting liquid I have ever swallowed. Yes, I said what I said. Absolutely awful. However, we all have different pallets so what is gross to me may be pleasant to another. I'm handing the bottle over to my fiancé - see how he likes it. ;0)

Traurig aber wahr… Dieser Multivitaminsaft enthält 45mg Coffein per Serving (Tagesdosis) und entspricht damit einem guten Kaffe.Dazu kommt dass Zucker enthalten ist was jedoch kein Problem ist, da es hier. ausschließlich um Fructose (Fruchtzucker) handelt.Leider reicht es für den Geschmack anscheinend nicht aus weshalb man Süßungsmittel dazu schmeißt. Kann ich ja gleich ne Cola Light trinken.Dieses Ergänzungsmittel dient mehr dem Genuss als der Gesundheit, also 1 Stern.

Les point fort du produit sont évident, peut-être un peu trop. C'est un forme liquide, donc très facile à consommer, la liste des ingrédients est incroyablement complète, et le made in Suède apporte tout de suite une impression de sérieux et de confiance. Bref ce multivitamines Suédois à tout pour plaire. Du moins sur le papier. Car maintenant nous allons passer aux points faibles. Le premier à prendre en considération, c'est la présence de caféine dans ce produit. C'est écris en tout petit, dans un encadré pas très lisible, en jaune/orange, en bas de flacon. Certes précédé de la mention WARNING, mais bien à l'écart du reste de la composition du produit. Vu tous les ingrédients qui se trouvent déjà dans ce produit, pourquoi avoir rajouté cette caféine, où l'on ne devrait absolument pas en trouver ? Tout simplement pour provoquer un puissant effet stimulant, quasi instantané (les effets de la caféine se font ressentir dans les 30 minutes et durent plusieurs heures), et donc faire penser au consommateur que ce produit est beaucoup plus efficace qu'il ne l'est en réalité. Car sur le long terme, ce serait même le contraire, mais c'est valable pour tous les suppléments multivitaminés. Personnellement je n'en consomme plus, pour la simple et bonne raison que le gros défaut de ce type de complément alimentaire fourre-tout, c'est de mélanger des vitamines, minéraux, acides aminés et enzymes, qui souvent n'ont strictement rien à faire ensemble, et dont la prise entre certains doit être espacé de plusieurs heures, pour éviter tout effets antagoniste, ou délétère sur le long terme. Et donc, en vous faisant consommer des compléments souvent antagoniste entre eux, c'est à dire dont les effets s'annulent entre eux lorsque ceux-ci sont pris simultanément, il va ainsi se créer un déficit dans l'organisme, résultant de leur non-assimilation. Et au final, cela peut avoir de lourdes conséquences à plus ou moins long termes. En clair, l'utilisation de compléments multivitamines doit être assez courte, entre 1 à 2 semaines maximum, exception faites peut-être de ceux dont le fabriquant propose une composition moins complète, mais bien étudié pour ne pas avoir d'effets néfaste sur le long terme. Mais il faut absolument éviter les compléments contenant de la caféine. Ensuite il faut également savoir quelle forme est utilisée pour connaître son degrés d'assimilation par l'organisme. Déjà évitez tous les compléments contenant des oxydes (comme l'oxyde de magnésium, très peu assimilable et hautement laxatif par exemple). Bref cela devient vite un véritable casse-tête. Donc simplifiez-vous la vie en consommant des compléments à base de plantes ou d'extraits standardisé, beaucoup plus efficaces et parfaitement assimilables par l'organisme. Sauf en cas d'allergie à la plante ou l'un de ses composants. Mais c'est valable pour tout. Donc, évaluez clairement vos besoins physiologiques, et renseignez-vous sur la plante adapté à ces besoins. L'effet sera sans doute moins rapide, mais au final, bien réel. Mais pour un coup de boost rapide ou immédiat, on a pas encore trouvé mieux que le café, et au moins vous savez ce que vous consommez.
