Excellent product. I use it when tracing out alternative compositions for a watercolour painting. I haven't tried tracing directly onto watercolour paper using the light box because my paper is stretched and taped to a board, but I suspect it would work OK on most, but perhaps not the heaviest, e.g. 425gsm. I haven't experience any difficulties with the power supply or the on/off switch, it all works fine so far. So I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend it. Good value for money.

Just what I was looking for. Did not want to pay a high price as this item will not be used on a regular basis. Absolutely perfect for tracing. Tested it and it works a treat. Will prove very useful. The best part is that it comes with a 3 pin UK plug as an additional accessory included in the price. That means I do not have to connect the light box to my computer but can use it anywhere there is an electricity socket. Perfect.

Having recently discovered diamond painting, I was happy until I started one where I couldn’t see the symbols clearly. Even with my glasses, and better lighting.This was such a good price I thought it was worth a try, & I’m so glad I did, I can see the symbols so much better. It has 3 different light settings which is enough, & not at all blinding. I plug mine into a power bank as I’m sat at the table & didn’t want the hazard of tripping over wires which works perfectly!

A4 Light box by HuiMeiKang --- this is a thin lightweight panel with excellently flat and even white light from edge to edge. At the highest brightness level it is possible to see through several layers of paper. The surface is glass-like; It is quite rigid but probably best used on a backing, such as a drawing board.The USB cable is about 5 feet in length. A really useful mains power adapter plug is included; SLIDE THE EARTH PIN OUT so as to fit a U.K. power point! Then use it in any room.This is NOT a digital gadget; the USB plug is only meant to take power from a computer, nothing else. The panel is used by artists and designers to copy/trace pictures by hand, like holding a picture against a window, but much more convenient for them.At around £16.00, including postage, it's a good buy if it has a reasonable working life, say 1 year, and a bargain if longer!

Brilliant lightbox works perfectly and the brightness lvls are great, which really helps my daughter with her art work as she discovered u can use it with card when set to the brightest lvl. Will definitely recommend this product to family and friends.

Two questions: a) this item is described as coming with a 'non-woven bag' but mine has not come with such a described bag, b) I bought this item from Amazon because its Heading description is 'USB Powered', whereas another A2 light box on ebay (at about half the price of the Amazon item!) is shown with an older round lead. I am, therefore disappointed to find that the Amazon item, as just delivered has no USB Port nor lead, even though, happily, it does have a UK Plug with built-in transformer with a reasonablly-sized lead.Should I return it?Even though I've been waiting for such a device for years . . . And despite the two points, above, this really does look just as useful as I'd hoped!

Really good piece of kit, easy to use and does exactly what it's meant to. Unfortunately I've had it for a few weeks now and the on/off switch seems to be going a bit wrong already. Sometimes it cycles through the 3 brightness modes but sometimes it just toggles on/off. This isn't a huge problem as long as it doesn't stop working completely

I love this light box. Very slim and the light is super. I do a lot of applique work and need to position the fabrics accurately so need light to do this. Does not get hot and the light is evenly spread over the whole surface
