Excellent multivitamin with minerals
Found these a few years ago when I was feeling lethargic. Forgot to take them on holiday and as both my husband and I both now take them, we realised eventually why the holiday did not refresh us as much as expected as we lacked the vitamin/mineral boost. Several friends have taken my vitamins for a week or two and decided to buy some themselves. The only problem some of my friends have had that the tablets are quite big so need to be broken before swallowing although personally I have no problems. Not maybe the cheapest but you get what you pay for!

They are physically the largest tablets I've ever seen but not too hard to swallow, you just have to be fully committed. I got them to take on holiday, where it's more convenient to take a multi-vitamin than various individual ones. You get 3 months supply and the expiry date is 12 months away.
