First, I purchased this as I had a bad cramp, that left me with pain in my foot everytime I put my foot down. This device , stopped the pain. The stretch board is very well made, and very easy to set up. On the lowest setting, I could feel the calf muscle being stretched. A few times on this board,about 5 minutes each time, and the pain in my foot vanished. An excellent product that is very sturdy, and does not slide,on a carpeted floor. Its there whenever I might need it again, very pleased with my purchase.

I was recommended this board by my podiatrist to help with heel pain. I am only just a few days in using it as per his instructions and already I can feel the difference. I have even been able to do my first short run today since the heel pain started. I like the flexibility to select different inclines as strength improves and it looks like a really solid piece of kit. Very happy with it!

I ordered a cheaper one before this but had to send it back - I am 5.10 and not to skinny :-(My physio recommended this one I thought it was to expensive but i went for it.Its fantastic . It feels so secure and strong. I now have been using it everyday for a week with or without shoes and its really helping my tight calf's.You can really feel the stretch

following a recent podiatrist assessment I was advised to purchase this board to helps with ongoing calf issues which has impacted my mobility. The board has arrived and was very easy to set up. Only wish was that it had a setting of 10 degrees as that is the angle I have been advised to start my rehab at but aside from the its so easy to use and very sturdy. My podiatrist had the same model and said he's used it daily for a long time so it's certainly good quality.

Game changer! If you suffer with plantar fasciitis, which I have now for many years. Seen physios, specialist consultants, had custom orthotics made, shock therapy and performed many exercises from leaning against the wall and dropping heel off the stairs to stretch calf muschle. This little stretching board makes it so much easier to just do the stretch correctly. I was advised by my consultant to use it three times a day and stay in one stretch for 5 minutes. I'm not cured by I'm certainly 85% better with it, so thank you for a clever design.

This was recommended by my Podiatrist & after using it for a few weeks my foot & ankle problem is much improved.

Dreadful Piece of kit I returned this within the First week.I was told to get this by my Podiatrist... specifically For Planter facietus. Within 20 seconds of standing on the lowest wedge it has split the underside of a the planter fasciitis and I ended up Down A and E.The level of stretch is to much and For this particular issue it's not the Right thing to use. So if you have PF do not buy if you work out or have tight calves then this is prob ideal
