A Charming Book
This book is just lovely. Beautifully decorated and very high quality. The concept is one that appealed to me a lot - simply write a list a week, with the prompts provided. There's lots of space, which gives you room to write in extra thoughts if you like. Looking back over older entries can be particularly illuminating.My one complaint is that, once you get a few weeks in, it's all a bit similar. Maybe I just don't have enough hobbies and kept writing the same things, but it felt, at times, like the same exercise from a slightly different angle.That said, it is a totally beautiful book, and an enjoyable way to spend a half hour each week. It won't cure you of depression, but it's a practical and pretty way to find a little perspective and joy. It makes a gorgeous present - I'm going to get another copy for my friend's birthday :)

A Nice little way to reflect and feel happy :)
I am very pleased I bought this, I was feeling a tad blue due to some changes in my life and this book has just made me realise all the positives and now I am so grateful because I have remembered how happy and lucky I am in my life. It can get a bit repetitive but I have found this has helped solidify my confidence. I am not all the way through it but I would highly recommend to someone who wishes to reflect upon things, it's nice and interactive with a few lists you write out it then tells you to cross somethings out that have a certain characteristic which gives you another perspective and point of view. It's not going to cure you of anything more severe as you could write it from a very negative point of view, but it does try very hard to make you think well.

Love it
I ordered this along with a much cheaper daily journal along similar lines. I will use both but this one is by far the better purchase and worth the money. The lists ask some thought provoking questions and there are helpful directions to change your habits or mindset. The book is very pretty and well made. There are a few people I might get this for as a gift too. Really impressed and I think filling out a list once a week is an achievable target for most people

Lovely book for a present, disappointing exchange with retailer after price increase
A lovely book. I bought it as a present and now that it's arrived I'm planning on buying more for some of my other friends. It's good quality, lovely colourful pages with lots of different ideas and topics for the listsUpdate to above review: when I logged in to buy the book again for 2 x friends, the price had increased. It was only by £1 or so, so I contacted the retailer to see if I could buy it at the same price as I bought it for last month. They wouldn't do that, which was disappointing, so I didn't bother buying it again.

Lists the reason I love lists.
I loved this book. It's really pretty (I love notebooks) so this little bit of lists is perfect as a journal tool and for some reflection. I found it a great way to start my week and help me feel positive and bring me back and focus on the week ahead rather than dwelling on the week before. If you like making lists, mindfulness or journals then this book is a must. You don't have to wait to the start of the year, just catch up on any previous weeks (it isn't date so you can do as many or as little as you want) and for the price the quality is very good.

Love it!
Very nicely presented hard-back book with a ribbon bookmark. The lists are varied and really help you reflect on your life. Would make a great gift!

Wonderful
Admittedly I forget to write in this all the time. But when I do remember it really does make me stop and reflect on myself. The concept of this book is wonderful and I absolutely love it. Although I bought it for myself I think this would also be great as a gift!

A little pricey but a beautiful journal with great guidelines and pointers in filling it out.

Beautiful book
The quality of this hardcover is amazing. Feels very sturdy and the texture and design on the book is beautiful. exceeds expectations. I has a velvet ribbon book mark as well which is very helpful.I'm only on the 4th week, but have really enjoyed the content so far. I'm not into anything too intense when it comes to the realm of self help/meditation type activities, but this book kept things simple and helpful and provided an a lot of insight into my current relationship with my happiness. It simplifies things in a way that makes it very easy to follow through and make positive changes to my thoughts and lifestyle. Would recommend this book to anyone. Looking forward the trying out Moorea's other 52lists books.
