I am only going to give 4 stars because the powder was all clumped together when I opened it (which made me think how old is it) and it does not completely mix 100% but not too bad. I ordered the Glacier flavor and it taste wonderful and it definitely made me more alert. I tried on my rest day to just get a feel and it woke my butt up, I did start sweating a little bit. I look forward to drinking this before my workout tomorrow. I will definitely buy this again and also for the cost, it is worth it.

Awesome Preworkout
I did some research before I purchased a preworkout after using cheap ones that had virtually nothing in them but caffeine. This preworkout has some less common but definitely effective ingredients like Bioperine and Alpha GPC. I mix mine with Creatine and Betaine and I might look into other supplements to add.The only con I could really add is that Bioperine can cause stomach discomfort, so for some, you may be better off finding one without, or having some food or a lot of water in your system.

Everyone is different. This stuff didnt do it for me. I have tried numerous kinds and this is one of my least favorite as far as working. The flavor is great. I'm a scoop and half kind of guy at 6'3 260lb. Felt a little rush for 20 minutes. Really have to shake it up.

Great preworkout. Lasts a while
Great preworkout. Lasts a while, feel a pump of energy, no tingling sensations like other preworkouts. If anything, day after mind can feel a little foggy. Otherwise great product.

Doesn’t pack Any Punch
This company/ Supplement needs to make up its mind. Is it High or Low Stim??! Not enough CarnoSyn to get maximum pump and too much caffeine and filler. Needs more Huperzine A. Not worth more than $20. Don’t be fooled.

Best pre workout I have tried
Best pre workout I have tried. I workout at 5am and this wakes me up and gets me going with no jitters and a great pump. Highly recommend.

If you like the fizz like no explode then you'll like this. I do not. Also, I crashed after 60 minutes. Took it 3 times and only 1 scoop, I shouldn't have to take more than that my first time taking a new product.
