Do you know if this card is compatible with an Acer Aspire 8943g - Windows 7

Assuming that the physical connections are present, with two antenna, then you only have software to worry about.The Win7 drivers for BT and wifi are readily available with a bit of googling around. See my review for what to search for.However if this card is not on the approved list in the system BIOS you may need to tape over one pin on the connector to avoid the BIOS detecting it and switching it off. This is an easy task and nothing to worry about.

What is warranty for this item?

I don't know. Probably there is no warranty at all. In addition I have ordered AzureWave Broadcom but seler send me Dell DW 1550 wireless card . According information i found on Google Dw 1550 has the same spec like AzureWave but is still Dell dw1550 not AzureWave. Card is working very well and I am not gonna complain and maybe wait one month for replacement.
