Grey Fabric Jumbo Cord Sofa Settee Couch 3+2 Seater

For the price it exceeds expectations, it looks good and the fabrics good quality. It's firm to sit on and the cushions are well packed and firm too but this will soften with time The back is low but don't have a problem as cushions give good support and coverage. Im not sure how long it will last compared to £1500+ sofas but we'll see how it goes.Customer service and delivery also get a big thumbs up for their excellent communication and response time, thank you.Highly recommended if you're on a tight budget or like to change things around every couple of years.

Sofas are perfect for our terraced house, comfortable and look brilliant. Couldnt be beaten on price with excellent quality too. the delivey men were brilliant and funny too really nice gous., in and out with the least fuss, I wouldrecommned the option of the delivery men attaching the feet and removing the packaging as there is a lot as the sofas are packaged so well.

I received my sofas today and there lovely and they came within three days. Really nice colour and look more expensive for what they cost. The seat cushions are firmer than expected but still comfy and my three year old seems comfortable on them The delivery men were very polite also. My only issue is I live in a flat on the second floor when the guy called to confirm and give me my date of delivery he the confirmed it would cost £20 to bring them up to my flat and then for another £35 the guys would unwrap, screw in the legs then take the rubbish away but had to be cash in hand! None of this was put in the description box. After calling the company to address this and a bit of an argument they brought them up to my flat for free and my dad did the rest. So that was my only issue apart from that I am happy with them.

Took a while to arrive and then the 2 seater was broken, but then a week later the 2 seater was replaced - Furniture stop have been good at communicating, the couriers are not great though (I think they need to add google maps to their phones as neither courier could find my address although every other company that delivers finds it very easy). The sofas are comfortable but I am surprised at how small the back cushions are, especially on the 3 seater. On the pictures they seem to sit a lot higher than they do on mine. The main seat cushions are also not as stuffed as the pictures suggest, which is possibly why the cushions at the back actually only reach as high as the actual back of the sofa rather than way above it as the pictures show.Ok for the price although am disappointed especially with the 3 seater as it looks very odd with such low cushions

The sofas are the worst, as is customer service. The ends are so hard that we panicked every time our child was near them in case they smashed their head on them and beaded a trip to A&E. Very uncomfortable, definitely not something you want to use everyday. If you have a reception at work for customers you hate, or a staff room you don’t want your staff to use, then (and only then) take a risk and purchase. We had problems from day one and staff were rude and dismissive. We paid for them to be returned and taken away, a financial loss was worth it to get rid of them.

its great, nice and firm, arm rest dont make a good head rest when the kids are at school but im sure it will in time, if i have to find a fault then its the cusions seam to slide forward when you get up so the back ones drop down, but as its new im sure when its worn in it wont be noticed,o yeah one niggle the feet that you screw in to the triangle bit in each corner one corner on the 3 seater (back right) had no triangleits hard to buy sonething that you cant touch or see in person but this we all happy with, (family of 5) we got a chair thats a very good match to go with it, ill add a photo soon so you can compare and a link to the chair that came the day after.

Looks Nice But Very uncomfortable rock hard and whislt it is a good price if you want comfort then dont buy seat cushions have no give in them and the back cushions are rock hard its like sitting on a wooden box covered in cord also bits of cord come of fall everywhere wished I hadn't of brought it Biggest mistake Ive made and as a person who does not have much money I am Gutted ps in the picture cushions Look puffy they are not puffy they are rock hard

I was very dubious at first considering buying online without seeing in advance but I looked at the reviews and thought hell why not £350 if they aren't great and last a year it's still worth the risk. Since getting them I'm pretty sure they'll last longer. Very good value for money. They look good, though are quite firm to sit on I like them this way but if your are looking for something that is more soft then these aren't for you. I personally think they are quite comfortable and I would definitely recommend buying the footstool along with it. Delivery was great came 5 days after placing the order and the delivery guys were great very helpful and had a laugh with them. Would definitely recommend!
