Good waterproofing.
I first saw this on a video streaming advice site having searched for how to replace an external door sill.I bought for two reasons, the first was to use to seal, and to some extent secure in place, a wooden sill for an external door that I had great success in replacing. The second reason, partly due to its brown colour, was to make water tight two replacement wooden retainers for two windows in an extension. The previous timbers had rotted away due to water ingress. I nailed the new repair pieces and found the "450“ also filled the surrounding frame 'holes' then shaped a small amount of beading to seal all the edges.Shortly after the repair there was a severe downpour of rain and I could see that water sat in droplets on the wood with no water ingress.Easy to use in a sealant gun, has some adhesive property but best is that it forms the required seal after a few hours of application.I will buy again, currently still a lot left in the tube for my immediate needs.

Doing a good job
Easy to apply and so far after a few months it's doing a good job of sealing a metal box against a brick wall.

Good price
Good price. Used it to replace the existing sealant around a shower that used a clear sealant before. Personally, in the future I would use a white anti-mould sealant. Easier to spot mistakes, tidy it up quickly and hide any marks from removing past sealant. Have a good finishing tool ready for a good even finish.

Good Sealant
Really good sealant & did the job BUT the screwed on nossle kept coming off, when using it with a small apeture at the end. Resulting in a mess of wasted product splilling out all over the end of the sealant gun & the ground before the pressure lever could be released.
