Big hole needed!
Well I love the pond, way bigger than expected, future husband not impressed. Said he’d need a digger, reminded him an 80yr old dug the hole, then decided the hole for the pond was now for me haha. Still not finished but I’m so excited. The photos do not show just how deep it is. Recommended just be prepared for a shoulder work out..: or get your partners to do it 🫣😅 finished update to follow…

Great pond!
Great product, I've had one on my allotment for a while now with no leaks or tears and just ordered another one for my garden as the wildlife loves it. They sent the wrong size at first but were very helpful and sent a replacement which I received the next day.

Great pond
Nice size, depth and shaped pond liner. Quite sturdy. Needs a bit of effort to dig in to ground at different levels to support liner. Filled gaps with sand and fine gravel. Took approx 2 hours to dig and put in to place. Soil is easy to dig in my garden. Gradually added edging and plants, solar aerator and small solar waterfall over a few days. Pleased with my efforts. Just need to wait for some frogs, newts and other pond creatures now.Has a slope from pond for creatures to get in and out of safely.

Integrated escape ramp
The media could not be loaded. I bought this Bermuda Sand preformed 128 by 84 cm pond liner as a Father's Day gift.It is a nice shape (the planting will eventually soften the edges) and has a variety of depths making it suitable for the resident frogs and newts and a good base for pond plants . The 120l is just the right size for its position. There is an integrated escape ramp should any hedgehogs find themselves in the pond and this comes with a 20 year guarantee. At under £50, this is £20 less than at a nearby garden centre (and no delivery to worry about).*** 3 month update ***The edges are softening off now and, as well as the previous frogs and newts, we have now had visiting damselflies.I would highly recommend this product and its depth lends itself to a raised bed like ours.

more difficult than a traditional pond liner, but admittedly....looks pretty good
With a traditional liner, you dig a hole to the shape you want and the liner will adjust to the shape you have dug out. This preformed pond is harder Because you have to dig a shape that corresponds to pond liner This is more difficult than it sounds Due to the fact that the shape of the pond itself is structurally flawed. On the opposite side of the escape road There is the side of the pond that literally goes from the top straight down And the shape of the pond means that it curves into the pond.So what happens is when you backfill the pond this part of the pond starts to collapse in on itself it's simply too steep and an incorrect shape To maintain structural integrity, The weight of the soil is simply too much For it to hold. Also I have no idea what it means by Integral pump stand?
