We had a slight problem with the delivery but toby wagons responded promptly and resolved the problem quickly. It was great to deal with such a friendly and helpful company. The wagon was easy to assemble. I used the YouTube tutorial which was really helpful. My three young girls have played with it all afternoon and I could fit all three in for a ride. The eldest, 3 yrs, easily pulled it with a 2 yr old riding.

We purchased the Toby Wagon to help our elderly dog accompany us to the beach. It was really useful as we were able to fit towels, costumes etc. into it along with our small dog. It went over the sand and gravel easily and it looks great. I can thoroughly recommend this product.

Bought this for my 5 year old grandson and he is delighted with it good quality and sturdy easy for the children to use. Worried it case it was left out in the rain but advice was to treat wood with varnish and cover over with the barbecue cover. Excellent customer service with good advice given by seller before and after purchase.

On the whole I was very impressed with this product. easy to assemble and good quality. However, I have just two points to make. Packaging needs to be better my waggon had slight damage. One other point was the wooden rails need some form of weather proofing, both these small criticism's I was able to overcome.

The media could not be loaded. PURPOSE:I bought this wagon for use as a dog wagon!It works a charm while the doggo can’t handle long walks with his dog buddies.PERSONALISED:I peeled the TobyWagon brand label off and stuck on metal vehicle decals to personalise it.I choose not to attach the wooden parts as I wanted him to have a clear view of his environment.ASSEMBLY:You’ll need to watch TobyWagons YouTube video for guidance on the assembly, it’s easy.

Absolutely fab quality the materials used are top notch my little boy loves it xx

My Grandchildren are delighted with the Toby Wagon and have been using it for a variety of activities round their ( large ) garden from riding in it to collecting fallen apples. The large tyres mean it can move between lawn, hard paths and orchard without difficulty. The only snag appears to be that all visitors have to pull my grandson around until they expire from exhaustion or he gets tired!

I’m torn about this wagon. The bottom half is very robust and well made. The wooden part is much too flimsy and won’t withstand much weight or pressure. My 4 year old loves it but I wouldn’t take it camping or to the beach as originally planned as don’t trust the flimsy wood. I would have liked a much more solid surround. Shame as the rest is fabulous.Expensive for the flimsy wood, don’t think it will last long, although assume the metal base and wheels will.Also incredible that the seller does not include some written instructions in the packaging, although YouTube instructions were good and it was easy to assemble.It also arrived very quickly when another seller let me down for a similar product.I would have given it five stars if not for the very flimsy wood (never used the word flimsy so much in my life but it’s the best description!).I’m surprised that they skimped on the wood when the rest is so well made.
