How is this product compared to the normal Otrivine? I'm suffering from a long term sinus infection and I don't know which one to buy.
Is it actually 10ml? I’ve received mine and looks like it’s been used which I hope it hasn’t!!
Does anyone kniw if this product helps with snoring? Thanks.
Neither the box nor the bottle appear to be sealed is this normal?

Good stuff, but use wisely.
This is brilliant stuff, and clears a badly blocked nose in less than a minute. Make sleeping much easier when you have a blocked nose.Ensure that it is no used for longer or more excessively than advised in the intructions, as this can cause rebound congestion and a dependence.

So far it's been working great. Used it twice and it unblocks my nose fine.

They have changed the pumping system, now the pump is weak, doesn't reach to the sinuses.

Easy to use, and does help to clear the nose after surgery. Not strong, not unpleasant taste. Good value.

Absolutely Brilliant
I always seem to get a blocked nose at bedtime & struggle breathing through my mouth for some reason. This has been an absolute game changer. I can finally breath & sleep peacefully without waking up. It works in around 30 - 40 seconds and lasts ( for me ) around 12 hours or so.This will always be something I purchase & highly recommend.

New dispenser not good and runs out quicker. Also more expensive.
I'm only giving this new style Otrivine 3*s as the actual product works great but the new dispenser is terrible. The only time I use it is at night every other day and I now have to put the light on the find the dispensing button. Also as I only use it at night for a blocked nose, although it says 10mls still, it ran out (and yes I tried priming it again) within a week! And it's more expensive. Total rip off. Suafed is cheaper, better dispenser, 15mls and exactly the same strength active ingredient! There was a recent news report about this becoming addictive and all of a sudden this happens... Seems a big coincidence.

Don’t normally write reviews, but I’ll make an exception for this product. Does what it says on the tin. Clears a congested nose in minutes. Excellent product. Will definitely buy again if needed
👉🏻1 spray in each nostril up to 3 times daily.Do not cut the nozzle. The metered dose spray is ready to prime before use. Clear your nose. Remove protective cap. Before using for the first time, prime the pump by actuating 4 times. Once primed the pump will normally remain charged throughout regular daily treatment periods. If the spray is not ejected during the full actuation stroke, or if the product has not been used for longer than 7 days, the pump will need to be re-primed with 4 actuations. Be very careful not to spray in the eyes or mouth. Hold the bottle upright with thumb under base and nozzle between two fingers. Lean forward slightly and insert the nozzle into the nostril. Depress pump and sniff at the same time. Repeat with the other nostril. Clean and dry the nozzle before replacing back the cap right after use. We would suggest that you try not to blow your nose for the first few minutes allowing the medicine to get to work. Do not use continuously for more than 7 consecutive days. If symptoms persist consult your doctor or pharmacist. To avoid possible spread of infection, only one person should use each bottle. Always read the label.

Have had difficulties obtaining from the supermarkets at times, they always seem to stock the blue one, but the purple one seems to work a lot better, with the blue as a second option if I can't get purple. I get it on Amazon subscribe and save, currently £2.55 a lot cheaper than the shops. I can't get more than 2 at a time for my monhtly delivery though so sometimes have to get another seperately.
