Fantastic bit of equipment!! I've used thickbar in my training for over 35 years. It was hard to get dumbbells and barbells with thick handles in the beginning. I became the first man in history to press the original Thomas Inch dumbbell overhead in 2000. I use the Fat Gripz in nearly every exercise. Great bit of kit!

I've got loads of pairs of these grips, all 3 different sizes......every set of dumbells have been transformed.....they are the most expensive because they are the best.....you get what you pay for......trust me they are worth it, they torch your biceps, forearms & vastly improve hand strength & grip, I've other cheaper pairs to compare......these are the best & very high quality grips.....get some.

I compete in arm wrestling and these beauties are a closure match to holding a human hand compared to the normal ones. Perfect for rolling thunder lifts as they really try to open up your hand. The leaflet that came with advises against a "false grip" ie a thumb over, but for me, this makes it a fair bit harder and really strains at your forearm muscles. Lovely to grip abs I wager I will get a few years use.

I’ve already got a set of the thinner black ones and the blue ones. Had these for years now and still in perfect condition after a load of use. These are of the same quality but thicker so I’d expect these to last for many years as well. Really good thickness on them. If you’ve used the popular blue ones these are slightly thicker again. Do what they say on the tin. Basically turn your standard barbell or dumbbells into an axel bar thickness bar.

Super durable rubber that has significant heft. You can feel an immediate difference using these on any exercise that has some elbow flexors, forearm or hand engagement. All of which are noticeably sore after using the fat gripz. I’ll be sure to update my review in a few months time.

Fantastic product, genius idea whoever came up with it, seems sturdy enough to last a lifetime, but if I only get 5-10 years out of it will absolutely come back and buy another set one day. I bought all 3 sizes and I use all 3 sizes in my workouts now, on various pieces of equipment / bars.

La versione Extreme, io che ho una mano abbastanza lunga, ma affusolata, la consiglio soprattutto nella sessione dedicata agli avambracci. Già dal primo utilizzo cambia il mondo... Per gli altri esercizi, preferisco utilizzare quelle Pro, che hanno un diametro inferiore. Molto meno impattante sugli avambracci, ma allo stesso tempo creano uno stimolo differente

Yo empecé utilizando los azules y hace poco decidí dar una oportunidad a estos naranjas de diámetro más grande y sinceramente estoy encantado he mejorado drásticamente mis marcas en la mayoría de ejercicios como consecuencia de la mejora de mi agarre. Principalmente los recomiendo para ejercicios como: -Paseos del granjero -Cualquier tipo de tracción, horizontal o vertical -Ejercicios auxiliares de brazo El precio puede parecer un poco alto pero sinceramente la calidad del producto está más que pagado.
