This device is a bit cheap and nasty, but it does its job very well. It functions as a clock, an alarm and a count-up or count-down timer. The beeps when you press keys are extremely loud, which is unpleasant, but the upside of this is that the alarm can be heard in the next room above the TV, so there is no need to carry it around, just leave it in the kitchen. There are actually two timers, but switching between them is not straightforward and the instructions offer no help whatsoever. If your needs are straightforward, you won't go far wrong with this device.

Does the job, and is quite loud enough to be heard from another room, with the door shut. No instructions with it but it's fairly straight forward to figure out...although I did press a combination of buttons inadvertently the other day and got to a setting that I couldn't figure out how to get back from...had to take the battery out to reset it to normal use. Not bad overall, but loses the fifth star because of lack of instructions.

This Timer is easy to use, easy to read, and having the clock is a bonus. On the negative side, it struggles to keep the correct time! If you set it for one hour, it actually goes off after 54 minutes, so ok for short times, but for longer ones, the error increases exponentially, so could give problems!

The timer/clock on my oven had broken, so I wanted a small digital clock I could put next to the cooker in it's place that had a countdown timer facility. This does the job perfectly and is easy to use. Big clear display and easy to use buttons. Came with a battery as well. There are alot of kitchen timers, but not many with a clock feature.

It's a brilliant timer and the concept is brilliant. I use it for studying and it's an excellent tool to keep me aware and record how much work I do. On the other hand I find it sometimes cuts out, and the battery seems to fall out sometimes? or becomes loose, therefore rendering away how many hours of studying I had completed. Don't think it's worth the money, perhaps I've just had a bad batch. Otherwise easy to use and if this defect was fixed, would be over the moon w/ this purchase

The figures are clear and the alarm beeps are very audible. Can be either magnetically mounted, hung or free standing. My only niggle is that in the instructions, the direct translation from Chinese to English leaves a lot to be desired and a good guess will work; it's easily operated anyway. Although I have seen other reviews that say batteries are not included, they were included with my order so that is a bonus. Would definitely buy another of these if it was necessary.

Finding a decent kitchen timer is proving a near impossible task. I ordered this because it resembles one I had that worked well for a few years. Pressing the Hour button does nothing without other values selected.There are three modes; one timer mode and two clock modes. I have not been able to figure out how to set the clock (I spent 40 years in IT, have a high IQ and lots of experience of 'gadgets' so no, I'm not just being stupid)One of the clock modes seems to be there for recurring alarms. At present the alarm goes off at 15:15 every day. There is no indication why it is doing that, I did not knowingly set it, there is no indication that it should sound every day. The only way to stop it is to remove the battery. If I do this at midnight then I presume the clock would at least be set at the right time.Overall, disappointing and annoying, but it does, at some level, work as a timer. Would I recommend this or buy it again? Absolutely not.

Our oven packed in and we got a new one. But the new one has no timer so we got this gadget to do the job. Works as intended and very handy actually as we can take it into different rooms while the food is cooking so we always hear it. So no more burnt pizza :) Only slight niggle is no (usable) instructions but you'll soon get the hang of it.

C'est à l'heure anglaise - je n'aime pas - et non en 24 heures pour l'horloge comme décrit - et pas de possibilitéd'éviter l'alarme pour le timer.Je garde quelque peu déçu.
