Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed with Eureka Forbes' after-sales service, and I feel compelled to share this experience publicly so others can make informed decisions. I raised a complaint on 2nd March for a defect in my vacuum cleaner. Initially, I was told the motor would be replaced. By 20th March, the story changed: the product itself would be replaced since the part was unavailable. That was over two weeks ago, and since then, absolutely nothing has moved. Despite calling their customer care daily for the past several weeks, all I receive is the same scripted response: "We have escalated the issue and you will receive a call back." No call back has come. No escalation has visibly happened. No one from the service centre or customer care has proactively reached out, not once. It has now been over a month since my complaint was filed (2nd March to 3rd April), and I am still without a resolution, a replacement, or even a meaningful update. A brand that sells on the promise of reliability and service needs to back that up. This experience has been the opposite of that. @Eureka Forbes, I urge you to resolve this immediately. Handy vacuum cleaner
Though the function is fine , the motor gets heated up rapidly within five minutes of continuous run. Not worth it !!!

Powerful Suction for Small Jobs, but Heats Up Quickly
This is a handy, compact vacuum perfect for spot cleaning (sofas, curtains, keyboards). It has surprising power for its size but isn't meant for cleaning the whole floor. Detailed Review: Suction Power: For a small 600W handheld unit, the suction is excellent. It easily picks up dust, crumbs, and pet hair from upholstery and car mats. Utility: It comes with a useful blower function, which is great for blowing dust out of window grills or computer cabinets. The attachments (crevice nozzle, brush) fit well. Maintenance: It is bagless and easy to empty, but the filter is small, so you have to clean it frequently to keep the suction strong. Drawbacks: It gets very hot after about 10–15 minutes of continuous use, so you need to take breaks. It is also quite noisy for such a small machine. Verdict: Buy this if you need a lightweight tool for quick dusting and cleaning furniture or your car (if you have a power outlet nearby). Do not buy this if you are looking to clean your entire floor; it is strictly a handheld companion.

Very good product with 5 attachment and every attachment is very useful, I cleared my carpet, sofa, Car, AC , wall and curtains. The quality is very good and suction power sufficient for house.
