Hozelock 3537 0000 Solar air pump

I was very sceptical about buying this product. However, it's done wonders for my pond. The water is lovely and clear after just a few days.

I appreciated the speed at which the product was delivered with no damage to the packing. Used for garden pond.

The two plastic hoses that connect the Solar panel and motor to the air stones that go in the pond are way too short to be useful if you have a medium size pond or a pond situation where the sunny area isn't exactly next to the pond. I called hozelock and bought an extra length of hose (£15) but they sent the wrong diameter hose...too small. The attachment that hold the stand to the panel is also very poor. - the panel can just slide off it.

This is the 2nd time I have purchased this item. Very pleased with the supply of air to pond. Not noisy and simple to install. The 1st item lasted several years before one of the two bubblers ceased up, so added a new Solar air pump. Has been perfect for the weather this summer.

This pump works in direct sunlight only and if you have a deep pond ie 1.5m or more this solar pump will Not do the job a mains pump is better but not everybody has the electric supply available

We have a small pond that needed oxygenating,this little self contained pump does a great job,but FYI it does only work when sun is on it.

Works Ok when the sun shines but the battery backup is pretty much non-existent.

Only lasted for 3 days and then stopped working. Absolute rubbish. We have been sweltering in hot sunny days but the pumps are not working.
