Nice and sturdy step ladder. Not too heavy to move around but heavy enough to be safe. I'm in my seventies and not very steady on my feet but I felt safe on this ladder and managed to clean high up surfaces which hadn't been cleaned for a while!!

Ordered it to ensure quicker delivery than my first choice. Was earmarked to arrive the Friday, until on Wednesday night and Thursday, Evri & Amazon are telling me 'it's out for delivery'. I waste all day Thursday waiting. No updates, no ETA. When I ask customer service of both companies, nobody knows and can tell me nothing. In fact, getting through to either was a test in itself. This always happens with Evri and every delivery they are involved in unfortunately, at least with me. The tracking is a nightmare. They send you updates telling you they will be there, when they have no intention of being there. You then find out after waiting all day at 10pm, they 'had an issue'. I can tell you what the issue is here... Evri. They fail every time I am forced to encounter them. They just don't offer efficient or consumer friendly service. It eventually arrived on the Friday as order stated, but in between, customers are being told it's going to be delivered earlier when it isn't. The steps are a decent little tool to have around the place. Will get you to ceiling height, without the need of a bigger ladder. It's rugged and easily folds up, however, don't expect premium quality and something that will last forever. It's what you pay for. Functional, simple and budget. Will it do it's job however?... yes and therefore I do recommend as a pair of steps to tackle paint jobs and spring dusting. They are perfectly stable for one man and his job at hand. Decent width and size works for a man who is 5'8 and sometimes needs assistance reaching my goals.

Next day delivery!!! (free!!!)These steps are indeed quite heavy, but that's because they do not seem flimsy, breakable rubbish. They are sturdy, balanced and seem reliable. Time will tell.

Good quality ladder, excellent value for money. Folds flat and takes a decent weight. We purchased these to leave upstairs to reduce the taking of ladders up and down the stairs. Really pleased with the purchase.

It folds down nicely, so it’s easy to store without taking up much space. Another plus is that it comes fully assembled, just open it, and it’s ready to go. Practical, solid, and convenient.

Prodotto arrivato da poco ma ottimo, non è leggera (pesa poco meno di 6 kg) ma nell'uso appare solida e stabile. Ha il vantaggio anche che una volta piegata occupa poco spazio (5 cm). Il terzo gradino, a scala aperta, è a 70 cm di altezza. Il sistema di bloccaggio, quando è aperta, è molto comodo e sembra sicuro. Per un uso sporadico, come nel mio caso, va molto bene

Cet escabeau en acier gris foncé est très élégant et ultra-plat : moins de 4 cm d'épaisseur, il se range chez moi derrière la porte de la buanderie sans en gêner l'ouverture bien qu'elle soit quasiment collée au mur. Sur un sol plat, il est parfaitement stable et solide malgré mes 1,80 m et 120 kg. Je l'ai acheté pour accéder aux étages supérieurs de ma cuisine dont le plafond est à 2,80 m, et pour cet usage il est simplement parfait, d'où les 5 étoiles. Mais je le déconseille pour un usage de bricolage général (du moins à cette hauteur) car le garde-fou ne fait que 32 cm de haut : pour accéder à une armoire, pas de soucis, mais pour percer le plafond pour la pose d'un lustre, par exemple, ce n'est pas adapté. Quant au poids, ce modèle étant en acier, il est évidemment plus lourd que les escabeaux en aluminium : à près de 8kg, on le déplace à deux mains. Le problème, c'est qu'il faut choisir entre le poids et l'épaisseur : les versions alu sont toutes plus épaisses (5-6 cm de large une fois pliés pour les plus fins), du moins dans la gamme de prix (moins de 200 €) où je me suis cantonné.

Lo he comprado para mi padre, un poco mayor ya, que necesita llegar cómodo a los armarios superiores de la cocina. El producto es bueno, del nivel de las que puedes encontrar en una ferretería convencional. No es muy pesada y se pliega bastante fácil. Es resistente y la agarradera hace a la vez de barandilla para tener seguridad al subir. Que dos de las patas estén juntas dan más seguridad pero en algunas situaciones puede ser negativo con suelos irregulares. Las patas engomadas son un plus. Excelente producto.
