so i too contribute my 5 star review: ) the balm works , have very dry hands due to taking certain medications and my general tendency to dry skin , tried many various hand/body creams/lotions etc....expensive, cheap but there was never really any positive and longstanding effect visible on the skin.Have bought this balm after reading many encouraging reviews.Now, myself tried the balm and can say : it works , quickly and effectively.what is more it stays on hands even after 2 hand washes!after the 2 nd wash I still can feel this protective layer of cream on my hands : ). skin looks visibly nourished ,soft and elastic, less wrinkled: )and this is only after 1 week of applying the balm!the tin itself is quite big and handy ( 56g/2oz), because this is a concentrated balm I use only small amount which goes a long way: ).The only thing I would like to point out is the smell: the scent of this particular balm( does nt apply to other badger products) isnt one I like a lot, this is due of course to herbal combination of the balm.all ingredients are natural and organic which is fab!however the scent is not very pleasant.what is the most important for me is that it does the job very well, for going out I may use other hand creams with slightly more agreeable scent : ) wholeheartedly recommend this balm to troubled skin, not only for hands , good for feet too . .

I'm a chef .. that means lots of washing hands and alot of putting hands over heat. My hands would dry out and crack. Often to the point where they would start to bleed in winter. I got told about this by another chef so I gave it a go.. as soon as my hands started to crack and dry I used it and went to bed . 8 hours later .. I'm not even joking one use .. and they were much better than they were . A 2nd use the next day and the skin was back to normal. I very rarely get cracked skin now but when I do I use the badger balm and its sorted

For me it works best when applied before going to bed and and left overnight both on my hands and feet but I find a good amount must be used to achieve the desired effect. A lovely scent.

This helps heal overnight. I have used it for some time when my fingers split but it has earned its place in history as far as my husband is concerned who has successfully started using it to counteract one of the effects of his chemo!

Received this yesterday (Amazon Prime) for my crusty thumbs (new condition). I give five stars as I already use Badger Sleep Balm for 18 month old Zara ever since she was tiny, and absolutely (crusty) thumbs up for that. So based on that success story I ordered this product. I also give five stars because I ordered two in error in my haste to start treating my hardworking hands. Just arranging to return the second tin to be informed my refund is issued but I don't need to return it! Thank you Grafton International, very kind. So, started using it this morning and my hands are lovely and soft and moisturised as are my thumbs, hoping they will heal too, before too long. Yay for Badger Balm!

It was good, but greasy, greasy, greasy. I had come across this product by Googling for 'best hand cream for builders', with a view to getting it for my then partner who was complaining of cracked and sore hands and feet in winter on the building site. This salve was one of the two recommended by building regulatory bodies and trade bodies for the construction sector in the U.K. and had been well tested by builders with very good reviews. It is more of a grease or salve than a cream, so this is a very good water barrier for sure. If the man gets his hands wet inside gloves, I have no doubt this will do the trick and keep the hands dry and supple. So I don't take anything away from the reviews given to it m=by hundreds of men on construction sites. They know what they are talking about. However, for me, it is too greasy and it sits atop the skin instead of sinking in. I do like it very much for night-time application on dry feet, though, but it may again make your bedding greasy or stained. I like to use it on my lips when they feel dry, and a small dab on the hands feels and smells nice--but there are better products for day-to-day handcare unless you really are on a construction site or similar. Smells lovely, by the way.

Stuff works really well. It's a little oily when you initially use it but its absorbed into the skin very quickly. It has a slight aniseed smell but isn't overly powerful smelling. Good product and natural. Only issue is I've had a few badgers come up to me recently but most of them have been nice.

I have used this balm for my hands for years and it is great. I used it the other day for plantar fascitis pain and it provided more relief than a medicated rub has done, will continue buying. Great quality.

Hidrata bien las manos y los pies. Pero tiene un olor un poco fuerte para mi gusto , se va luego pero asi de primeras huele a hierbas. Su testura es suave pero cuesta darse la crema al cogerla del tarro de lo dura que esta. Hay que frotar con los dedos hasta que se deshace. Es mejor darse la crema por las noches.

Jadore ce produit : nourrit en profondeur les mains (surtout avec les tonnes de gels qu'on y met maintenant ) et j'adore l'odeur d'huile essentielles ! Marche bien aussi pour les pieds secs ! Ca fait 2 ans que je l'utilise et jai vraiment adopté ! Bio, sain et naturel !

As a cyclist my hands get absolutely annihilated during winter, regardless if I keep them warm, they have constant contact with fabric and unfortunately crack. This product has replaced another natural remedy that didn’t quite fit for me due to being slightly too greasy. This Badgers balm seems to be fairly solid and not at all gooey, which the other product was. It seems to keep consistency to far with a nice texture that absorbs into the hands and after a few minutes after rubbing in really leaves hands in a good condition. The fragrance is also extremely subtle. I must admit despite being a fan of olive oil as it absorbs really well, I was worried the smell may be too much like a cooking product, but this seems to have quite a herby, slightly menthol (maybe the wintergreen ingredient listed) style smell. It’s quite nice and after a few minutes not overpowering. I’ve had balm before where the smell is more overpowering than my aftershave, so it’s a relief that this is a well balanced product.

Seldom do you come across a product that exceeds all your expectations. For many winters, my hands have suffered from extreme dryness leading to painful cracked and red skin. I have tried literally every product. Some worked well but the downside being they contain harsh chemicals and parabens which affect me adversely; forcing me to stop using them. This is the only natural product I have found that works miraculously well. I have been applying it every night before bed and this is the first winter where my hands are soft, smooth with zero redness despite the -25 degree Canadian winter. I was very skeptical that a completely natural product could remedy my problem but it has and then some. The 56g tin should easily last me the entire winter which is great value. Fast absorbing, non greasy with a pleasant wintergreen scent. There is literally nothing I can find wrong with this balm. My highest recommendation. :)

Crema davvero efficace contro ogni tipo pelle secca. Le mie mani soprattutto nei mesi invernali sono sempre state estremamente secche e screpolate .A volte rano così secche che si spaccavano ovunque. Ma da quando uso questa crema non ho avuto più nessun problema. La pelle è ritornata ad essere normale e priva di screpolature. Ormai è tutto un ricordo. Il prodotto inoltre è estremamente semplice e privo di elementi nocivi e dannosi. Solo ingredienti naturali e bio. La consiglio a tutti.
