EyeBag® Instant. Self Heating Warm Eye Compresses

These eyebags do not give the heat that a proper microwaved eyebag gives but they can be extremely useful. I arrived in Las Vegas with a bad case of dry eye after 24 hours travel and found that the hotel rooms there do not have microwaves - they want you to buy their food from their outlets I suppose. I had bought a pack of these for the flights and found myself relying on them while in Vegas and wished I had brought more. Although as stated they do not heat up to the levels you get with a microwaved eyebag they gave me relief and I kept them on for as long as there was heat in them before massaging my eyes. In most other places the hotel rooms had microwaves although one place I had to sneak my eyebag into the microwave during breakfast so you cannot always rely on there being one so I will now always take a couple of packs of these with me on future trips. They are so easy to use on a plane or as a car passenger etc to get instant relief.

I suffer from blepharitis and these are the best eye pads I have ever used. Much more effective than ones you heat up yourself. They are light enough that you can sleep with it on. Definitely helps release the oils from the eye line.

The eye bags arrived in a box of 8 and so far I have tried one of them. It heated up fairly quickly to a comfortable heat which felt soothing. The only downside is that the elastic designed to go round your ears to hold it in place does not hold it on tight enough. I improvised by blindfolding myself with one of my husband's ties - thank goodness nobody could see me! This was effective but it was a bit of a faff so by the time I had done this, I needed a lie down with the heated eye bag in place. It was nice and warm though. I afterwards read the little leaflet in the box which explained that you should massage your eyes afterwards and explained how to do this. In this case, as I do have sensitive eyes, I would need to make sure I had very clean hands first eg that I hadn't been applying hand cream or moisturiser.

Excellent product.. They do warm up magically on the eyes and so can be used anywhere. I have withheld one star though because I find them quite light so I put an ordinary eye mask on top. This hold the eye pad more firmly in place and darkens the room to rest the eyes better. A minor point though snd I will buy more.

Ideal for taking on holiday when a microwave is unavailable for your eyebag.

I did a glowing product review of these before as I had bought them previously and found them to be really good. However, since then I have bought two more packs on separate occasions and am disappointed to report that they did not work. They did not heat up properly. I can only assume that there must have been a fault with them. As I am reliant on this type of product to treat my MGD/dry eyes, this was really disappointing, and I have not bought them since then.

This is a fabulous product. Works well and I love the heat. I feel like it steams my eyes. It is very easy to use. I fall asleep wearing. I have tried four different brands and this is my favourite

I have chronic posterior blepharitis. They take longer to heat up than the packaging implies. the models in the pictures are sitting in places where presumably there are microwave ovens, most tea break rooms have them. Go away make a pot of tea, come back, hmm, not that warm. Which is very annoying if you need a quick fix for your eyelids - eventually it heats up and is quite useable, but doesn't retain the heat as implied in the instruction for 10 minutes. Maybe I just got a faulty batch, so I bought more. They were the same. So back to the mask that goes in the microwave for 30 seconds
