where to start i was bit iffy cause not swanson but i needed some and the swanson ras out stock at time and had nasty scary head ache (damage from everything bla bla stress causes caos in me now cause me chemistry awol bit technical so willstop there) stress does alot of dissruption to systems abd chemistry goes into race gear which is pamts when already awol . if i feel yjreatened or harrassed bla bla it stressess me reasons but another day like chemical warfare and causes swelling on my brain which not good and f##### pain is anyway kelp is the richest souese of al the trace elements and mineral SALTS in their purest forma as nature intended our soils been bleed to death of (volcanoes regurgatate nice new fresh goodies to surface and recycled herself amazing stuff but pollutants and all anyway kelp from deeper ocean is invaluable health top up . some of the things we need just not in soils only volcanic. gave this one a bash and its acyually pretty good . surprizinly good in fact . obviously we need all these salts and goodies to make the chemistry reactions needed to drive the inner workings . get it right well simple thing natural and pure so body works properly minus damage ) mainly motabilism which willalso effect weight in majority of peops some exceptions. sluggish metacbolism has quite alot of consequenses ,weakens immune system and oxygen flow gets technical again eu new so called crack down been insane and not gonna help you much at all cause cheaper cost cutting and man getting grubby paws on syntheticcopies of orgi farmed sourses well been nightmear trying to sourse a pure base supp for ages .trust me the stuff on offer hereat least (not retailers fault)its not helpfull at all but cheap so us plebs can obey and take our supps ect the doc gov (the horrid one) orders. it is pretty potent this one so happy as larry and god bless amazon we can actually still afford to get it.also good thyroid juice rich in iodinefrom the ocean bed.pure as it gets. alfalfa is a good combination with kelp but you need to be a bit savvy with pure sourced because dont need alot of whatever and youcan get eccess if take too many supps which can again cause imbalance

kelp is a fab product so carnt complain good service

I started taking these for 2 reasons. First, I was menstruating for 2 months and only had a break for a couple of weeks with quite a bit of spotting before it started again. I started taking these after a month of menstruating and under a couple of weeks later, the bleeding stopped completely with no sporting either, nearly at day 9 and not feeling hormonal either. I also started taking this as an experiment to help with fibromyalgia. As I believe fibromyalgia is heavily hormone issue based. No data on that yet haha Overall, if you're having hormone or menstruation issues, I would highly recommend you try these. They are also very affordable

I used this just for a few short months. I was told not to take it long term, as it is too much to take long term. But when combined with Taoist soap, it helped with hair growth as a side benefit, i was having thin and weak hair, and it wasn't growing fast enough, after a month of this and using the Taoist soap 2-3 times a week on the roots of the hair, I think my hair texture and growth completely changed. But be careful taking kelp long term. It will affect your thyroid negatively if you over-do or take long term. But the product itself is great. If unsure I would cycle it for a few months in a year and then take it that way.

My friend told me about kelp tablets when my hair was looking a bit straggly and not seeming to grow. I don't know whether it's my imagination, but after a couple of weeks taking one a day, I can already see an improvement. My nails are growing faster than normal too. I only have fine hair, and have subjected it to bleach and hair dye over the years. Now it is looking much better, and dare I say I feel better too. Glad I listened to her!! I had read about the benefits of kelp for hair and nails, but never really believed it. My friend had a disastrous perm and apparently they really got her hair back into good condition. After seeing her, I have to say it Iooked thicker and healthier than before. I only see her once a year, as I live in France.

Worth trying seem.s a lot better at a decent price compared to an other supplier i have used.Jim D

Great value kelp tablets, taking for many health issues and general health. Lots of tablets for the price and as usual with solgar they are top quality. We have not noticed any issues taking these, some people mentioned stomach upsets so we started with 1/2 kelp tablet each and after a week took full one. They do seem to give us more energy and we will continue taking them.

Didn't work for me I had allergic reaction to them straight away when I took one culdnt breath properly for my other family members it was ok but I can't say a good word about it as it have something that I'm allergic too what is no mentioned on label!!

I need to take Kelp for my thyroid, and my doctor recommended that I take only 200 mcg of it. That is sometimes hard to find in a health food store, so I found this one online. It wasn't the 250mcg that it advertises, but the 200 that I needed. I was thrilled with that. They are dry, and the flavor is not so great, but it's not horrible. I take it because it helps me a lot with my thyroid. Great quality and good value for my money. Would definitely buy again.

Es lo que es, no hay mucho que decir. Con una busqueda rápida en internet podemos encontrar para qué se recomienda: en resumen es un producto con propiedades antioxidantes y antincancérigenas. En otros países, sobretodo asiáticos, se consume de manera regular. No lo he probado como producto fresco, este lo uso como un tipo de "suplementación" para cuidar el cuerpo. Lo tomo por las mañanas por recomendación de mi nutricionista. El precio es bueno. Estoy acostumbrado a tomar pastillas varias, y cuando sueles tomar medicación aprendes a diferenciar texturas, sabores, solubilidad y otros aspectos; en mi opinión es un producto de calidad, mucho mejor que las que he probado de otras marcas.

I've ordered many vitamins and supplements from this company, because of their high quality standards and more eco-friendly (and healthier for consumer also) glass bottles. I was very happy to come across this kelp pill for my husband, who needs/ desires more iodine. Pleased with it so far, taste is fine, as easy to swallow as any other pills. Good value.

Lo tomo desde hace dos años debido a un bocio y el médico me recomendó un suplemento de yodo. Por la cantidad de comprimidos que vienen y el precio q tiene me parece muy buena opción. Yo lo tomo de lunes a viernes y descanso el fin de semana

Padezco hipotiroidismo y pensé que un extra de yodo vendría bien en mi caso, no tengo déficit de yodo pero pensé que el Kelp podría ser positivo para activar mi tiroides. lo consulté con mi médico y me dijo que podía probar, pero después de una semana tomándolo me ha sentado mal, provocándome vómitos. Otro caso sería tomar este suplemento personas con bocio o deficit de yodo, consultándolo siempre con un médico.
