Q: What form of copper is this?

Bisglycinate, tried these but not good made me feel sick and quite large to swallow

Q: Anyone has noticed any improvement on preventing grey hair?

No didn't help at all, for grey hair what does help is blackstreep molasses but it's very sweet

Q: What does chelated mean? Does it matter... Does this affect the amount absorbed etc ?

Google tells me that chelated means the substance (typically a metal) has its surface bonded to a protein (i.e. an amino-acid) so to your digestive system the substance appears more like proper food rather than a metal - this is supposed to improve absorption. That's all I "know" - good luck.
