This thing is so cool! Very easy to install. It has two cables coming out of it, one connects to your throttle and the other connects to your power. That’s it! The volume adjustment is a nice feature. In my video, I’m using the 2nd default engine noise (a generic diesel). I haven’t tried plugging it into my computer and using the app to change things because really it sounds just fine right out of the box! Lots of fun and makes my videos way more realistic and interesting. I like that if I don’t want the engine noise I’m able to simply turn the volume to 0, no need to unplug anything. It will save your volume settings for next time also. I think it’s a worthy addition for anyone looking for scale realism. The dual speaker design is good, it means more sound can be heard at a lower volume, which keeps distortions low also. I didn’t use the 3rd cable, that’s for programming a horn or sound effect. My remote doesn’t have that capability so I didn’t use it.

seems cool but customer support is non exisastant, the s-link supplied wont register as the firmware is out of date and apparently un updateable. it says beta user in the system settings.

Sounds so much better than expected! Multiple, very realistic sounds. Installed on the front of my Traxxas TRX6 G63 6X6 and it fit perfectly under the body shell.

Have had it for a year. Old was good. Bought 1 this week, software update sucked and bricked the unit! This may be a bad choice after 2
