DOES the JOB beautifully.
It DOES the JOB beautifully. I get facial hair every 2-3 weeks and this has simplified my life. It does the job nicely. Makes me feel clean and I do not have to use sticky hair removals anymore which used to leave my skin red.

Highly recommended
If you normally was your facial hair.. this is the best alternative and can be very cost effective than waxing every 2 weeks. Actually removes very fine hair. Highly recommended

Does the job!
I decided on a whim a couple of weeks ago that I was tired of bleaching my top lip and went at it with my body epilator… It hurt like hell and I couldn’t do the middle part of my lip because it was too painful and the epilator was too cumbersome. After bleaching the middle part and once the irritation had gone down, it didn’t look too ridiculous! But I decided that a face epilator would probably be better.I got this one on sale at £40 and I wouldn’t have wanted to pay more for it. It’s a pretty simple bit of kit - small epilator head on an ergonomic wand, battery operated. I don’t have much use for the cleansing head, but I might give it a go sometime.I’ve just used the epilator for the first time and I’m pretty happy with it! It was a lot gentler than a body epilator and dealt with the hair on my upper lip well. It says to go against the direction of hair, but I found that for the middle of my lip, going with the hair was less painful and still did the job. It struggled a little more on my chin where I have some courser hairs, but I can live with still having to pluck a few.I have sensitive skin, so at the moment it’s red and a bit puffy, but definitely not as bad as when I used my body epilator and it’s going down pretty quickly. I expect I’ll have a few tiny whiteheads tomorrow as that’s what my skin tends to do, but as long as I leave them be they’ll go away. Definitely something to do when you’re not planning to go out immediately! All in all, I’m pretty happy! It was quick, relatively painless (if you’ve never epilated before though, then it will probably be pretty painful!), and easy to use. One minor gripe is that the epilator head got quite hot pretty quickly, so I had to turn it off for a few minutes to let it cool down.

Quicker than tweezers
I find the speed lessens when the epilator is against my skin. It removes facial hair but is quite slow. I think it was expensive for the performance

Just doesn't do the job.
I bought this product as I have stubborn chin hairs that grow faster than I can get rid of them.I went for a good trusted brand in the vain hope it would be a good quality product. On first use I thought the battery they supplied was one they had used for testing and that's why it was struggling against my face. So I swapped the battery for a new one, but no. It was the same. It managed to pull some of the finer hairs out and that was after going over them several times. It was the first time I had used an epilator so I thought maybe I am doing something wrong. I read the instructions again and again but came to the conclusion I was doing it right. There is some pain as the finer hairs are pulled out especially in the upper lip. But the stubborn hairs on my chin were just getting pulled and released over and over. My poor chin after ten minutes of going over and over it. It was very sore and I still had the majority of stubborn hairs. I had shaved my chin the day before so I decided to let the hairs grow for another couple of days to see if the epilator would get them when they were a bit longer.No. It didn't.I tried to return the product via Amazon but they don't accept returns on this product. I have to go via Braun. It is going to be a battle but not one I will give up easily. I am fed up of big companies not advertising their products accurately. If they said, this removes fine hairs but not suitable for thicker hair for menopausal women I would never have bought it.

Excellent solution for unwanted facial hair removal
I bought to as a solution for removing top lip hair. I tried home waxing but it often missed the smaller hairs. This device gets even the tiniest hairs and you can used it as often as you like which is helpful as top lip hair tends to sprout up unevenly! I was concerned at first about whether it would be painful as I am sensitive to even the slightest discomfort. However, it’s remarkably comfortable to use. You do feel a slight nip as the hair is extracted especially in the middle part of your lip which is extra sensitive. I find that if you use the device every few days for about 90 seconds then you pick up all the finer hairs so there is no in between growth. I also use this to tackle a few rogue chin hairs and it stops regrowth for ages. So much easier that fiddling about with tweezers. I think this device also comes with some kind of face wash attachment, I’ve not used it so no comment on that. As a hair removal device this gets my 5 star rating. Convenient and easy to use. Small enough to take on holiday if you need to
