Burt's Bees Baby Bee Multipurpose Ointment, 210g

Been using this mostly as a lip balm and occasionally for overnight moisturizer for dry skin. Works well and amazing value for money in comparison to other beeswax natural products i have used... texture is softer then vaseline and smooth. Fragrance is light and pleasant. Yes when it gets cold the texture changes and becomes grainy, but to me that reassures me that this product truly is made with natural ingredients ( in the same way that cold pressed olive oil goes cloudy and honey sets in low ambient temperatures)... if you really care about the texture changing you will need to buy a product full of added chemicals.

It came well packed and it was sealed. It has a decent smell kinda smells like honey... I purchased this item as my nephew has really bad eczema and my sister used it on him and it helped. I used it for my 2 boys the younger one is 2 and his skin was becoming dry due to this cold weather and my older son is 8 and has eczema but is not that bad. I bathed them and applied the ointment. The next morning their skin was smoother.... That night I bathed them again and put the ointment again the following morning it was very smooth. I am happy I was able to find one product that works for both. To be honest I have applied it on my face and it feels so smooth and leaves my face hydrated the all day specially after being outside with this cold weather. It's worth buying it and the price was really good I will keep on purchasing this item. I will also try the other products this brand has. *just a little note don't knw if it help but my nephew is mixed race and my children are white and this worked for the 3 of them so i would say is suitable for all types of skin*

The original formula (left image) was outstanding, worked very well on our little one's sensetive skin. It has a pleasant and not overwhelming scent while providing mositure and helping the skin recover. Our order from a week ago yielded a DIFFERENT, I assume "new" looking jar along with different ingredients. I am no doctor or claim to have knowledge but there are fewer ingredients, the colour, texture and scent are different too. There's a note of "with Shea Butter" so that *might* explain it. I would still expect Amazon to update the image and description to clarify it. New one, after a few days of use does also seem good. Will report back in a few weeks.

This cream is amazing for babies. I tried it for cradle cap it’s practically made it go after first application so after a few more it should be gone ! There’s no more flakes and that horrid smell from cradle cap is gone!!! I’ve used for nappy rash which it cleared up and also for overnight nappy resulting in no more soreness after going through the night. Last of all for dribble/teething rash it’s kept it moisturised and no more rash. I just apply religiously now you also only need a small bit so although slightly pricey, it will last a while ! 10/10 for me 😊

My favourite product for baby! I always recommend this to everyone.. Many uses for this. We used it on our very chunky baby when her creases became red and sore which was almsot daily for a while. After using this it cleared within the day and we regularly use it and she hasn't had any issues since. I use it for all the kids. One of my children gets excema and this helps to clear that too! I also use it as a nappy barrier cream, we've never had nappy rash, so maybe a mixture of cloth nappies and this? If she's a little red after one application it clears up. For the amount we use this it lasts ages!! I will continue to buy this. It has a nice subtle smell too

Purchased this product as after looking into options it seemed to be the most natural and suitable for our baby, however, after using for a couple of weeks we noticed our baby's but burnt really bad. This was because of the texture of the cream. It is more like vaseline, therefore very thick and difficult to absorb and was keeping our babys but wet which then lead to the burnt. Unfortunately had to look for an alternative brand.

This ointment has served so many purposes in my family and I wish I new about it earlier. When my children were babies it was my miracle cure for nappy rash, used it as a protective barrier on their faces from constant teething dribble and snot from runny noses, more recently it helped cure dry chapped skin on their hands from constant hand washing, we use it on our skiing trips to protect their skin in sub zero temperatures as it’s oil based and perfect for this purpose. My son really suffers with chapped lips in winter and makes them much worse by constantly licking them. I tried to use something else because we run out recently and reapplied the cream constantly for a week but the problem just kept getting worse. I received the tub yesterday, applied overnight and when he woke up his lips were pink and soft. It’s all natural so I know it’s safe to use. The texture is a bit grainy but it melts into the skin easily and it doesn’t mean that there’s anything wrong with it. Even though it’s oil based, it absorbs really well and doesn’t leave any unpleasant feeling on the skin. I rarely write reviews but this product is so good.

Feels thicker than vaseline, but better. Breathes good once it dries. Rub, rub it in. It will take time to run it in good. Your skin deserves the time. Give yourself a half hour to sink into the skin and dry up. Eventually it will dry into the skin. All good natural products take time, not everything is done quickly if you want fantastic results. I'm 70 years old and had a fiberglass issue with a fiberglass mattress I bought on here. Never again will I buy a mattress that contains fiberglass. I had breathing, skin severe itching shards of glass slivers, my breathing, my whole body crawled in itching stinging pain. It goes airborne into the air and it stays for months until you vacuum the crap out of your home over and over, and throw out sheets, clothing etc. DO NOT EVER CUT OPEN THE MATTRESS GOING INTO GARBAGE TO SEE WHAT IS IN SIDE YOU CAN SAVE. This cream is the only cream that works for this issue after you solve the issue, to mend the dry, super sore dry rash. I love, love this cream. It is so soothing instantly!! All natural too!!! I will continue to buy for my lifetime if the price stays fair and doesn't go up too much due to good ratings. I bought this April 2025 at 10.63 a jar before taxes. YOU DO HAVE TO DO TONS OF WORK TO GET IT RUBBED IN SO YOU CAN PUT YOUR CLOTHING BACK ON. This is why the price has to be fair.

Was dit product nog goed of al overtijd? Veel korrels in de zalf !! Een nieuwe van de winkel gekocht en de textuur was heel anders veel beter. De zalf zelf is heel aangenaam en doet wat het moet doen.

I’m a FTM and was a little overwhelmed with all the diaper rash creams and lotions. We were gifted a jar of this at our shower and it’s been all we use now. It works great for pretty much any redness or dryness out baby has had.
